The Service Dept., is top notch. Their service writers are knowledgeable and friendly I've had great experiences with all of them especially Dan, and Jim even their service manager (Greg) is willing to help customers unlike many Service managers at other dealers I have visited in the distant past. Their technicians seem like they all have been there forever (15-20+ years) and know their product well. I have personally seen numerous other Cadillac dealer cars there getting fixed as I assume that the other local Cadillac/GMC/Buick/Chevy dealers don't know how to fix the rather unique Cadillacs as unlike Crest, it is not their main focus. And that is really all I personally needed to know/see. Their Sales Dept. is as good as their Service, Lonnie, Dave, and Nan, are all proffesional and know their stuff and they don't play games. The new and used car managers, Juan and Ross, respectively, were a pleasure to deal with, I know, I was shocked also, first time for everything I guess. The GM is even a cool guy. The Parts Dept. has helped me out numerous times on numerous different vehicles and I have to thank them especially Ken and Chris, they also have been there forever. I'll see you guys soon as I seem to keep breaking stuff. The Body Shop has also fixed many of my and my family and friends vehicles when some idiot crashes into us, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, but seriously they have gone above and beyond numerous times even how they have argued with the insurance companies to fix it the RIGHT way. Also, they have a guy that is a Wizard I swear, with that paintless Dent removeal when it is just a door ding or hail type damage, seriously he's good. I apologize for the long review, I guess I didn't realize I had that much to say, bottom line: If you are in the market for a Cadillac check out the Cadillac dealer that only sells Cadillacs and if you already own one, take it where they actually know how to fix them!!!

A Pleasant Experience for a change
I was looking for a used DTS in the 2007-2010 range and found just the car I was looking for at Crest. Dealing with Dave U. was a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. I made them an offer and it was excepted right away. Not the back and forth "running to my manager" that I dreaded happening. I look forward to dealing with them many years to come.

Best Cadillac Dealership in Southeastern Wisconsin
I always buy my cars at Crest Cadillac. They are fair to deal with have exceptional service (I deal with Dan Deutschendorf) and there mechanics are the best in my opinion (I always have Glen Deutschendorf) service my vehicles. Smoothest service here
I always come here for my oil changes and they're always quick, easy, and satisfactory. Unlike most places, they actually reset my oil life percentage and update the sticker on my window. Greg from service even offered me coffee and snacks for my antsy children while we waited. If you nee a place where you can rest assured you'll receive high quality service, check out this place and ask Greg for a few snacks.

Exceptional service and atmosphere, will be back!
I was just at this dealership because I needed some work done on my car. I have purchased a car here in the past and will be looking to buy another in the near future. I am more than satisfied with my experiences at this dealership. The employees are not simply doing they jobs; they go above and beyond all expectations for a service and sales environment. Most recently, I worked with Greg F in the service department. His wonderful sense of humor and great personality were just the combination I needed. Though I was frustrated that I needed to spend money fixing my car, he showed me that it was money well spent. He walked me through the entire process and helped me understand what needed to be done to my car. He also recommended future service for my vehicle, which I will follow through on next time. It's not often that we experience this type of customer service anymore, so thanks, Greg, for showing us there are still exceptional employees out there!

great staff, great service!
I have been bringing in my car for service at this dealership for a few years. I am always extremely impressed with the service they provide. In addition to the great service they provide for our vehicles, we are always pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Clearly, Crest Cadillac is customer-oriented, and this makes all the difference for us. Each time I come, Greg Fischer recognizes me and greets me with a genuine smile. His attitude is excellent, and he makes me feel like I am not just another customer. From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave, he makes sure that all my needs are met. The caring conversations and service-oriented environment guarantees that I will be back again.

Came to shop, left with a new ride
I've been a pretty regular customer for quite some time. When I first came, I wasn't sure I was ready to buy a car. Through an honest and in depth discussion, I decided it was a good time to buy. I never regretted this decision. When I come back, I know I will get good service. Greg always chats with me and asks about my family, which reminds me he hasn't forgotten about me yet. He's never pushy and is always honest and upfront with me, which I appreciate. You really can't go wrong with Crest, and I would recommend talking to Greg if you need any help in the service department.

Great Customer Service
I dropped my husbands car off to be serviced and was greeted by Dan Deutschendorf who was very nice and professional. He contacted me as soon as the results came in about the car and asked first before any work was done. I appreciated that very much. The service was wonderful and I recommend Crest Cadillac and ask for Dan.
