SEVICE DEPARTMENT

I take all my GM vechicles for service to Crest I am confident only the necessary repairs will be made and at a far price. Also they will inform you of possible service issues that may need to be addresed in the future. The service manager Greg and his staff are friendly and helpful

Great Service Department

We own two GM cars that are not Cadillac; though I have had a Cadillac in the past. My experience at this dealership from those days keeps me coming back here for their service department. They are highly professional and courteous. The service is excellent; they get it done right the first time. The repairs are done promptly and their hours make it easy to drop off and pick up our vehicle. The last several times there, we have been taken care of by service writer Dan Deutschendorf.. He always takes care of our issues and gets us in for service when an emergency arises. I would highly recommend their service department. Should we ever look again into purchasing a Cadillac; there is no doubt we would purchase it through this dealership.

Great Customer Service

I bring in both of our GM vehicles to Crest for service. I am always extremely impressed with the service along with the exceptional customer service that we receive at this dealership. Dan D. has been wonderful in dealing with last minute situations that have come up for us. He deals with the situation with a smile and always has a courtesy vehicle ready if needed. He always keeps me informed if other things needs to be completed. Plus, all the work is done promptly and accurately. I would recommend Crest Cadillac to anyone who is looking for quality service!

Crest Cadillac Dealership Review

We were into this dealership twice this last month for body work on a vehicle of ours. The mechanics working on our car did an excellent job of repairing all the damage done to our vehicle, and it now looks better than new. We had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at crest, who were all very pleasant people and conducted buisness with us in a respectful and accomodating manner. Greg Fischer, you do an excellant job of making clients feel welcome and at home, while conducting buisness in a purposeful way. Overall, we had a very good expeience at Crest, especially regarding superb work done and a great staff to work with. We will be coming back!

Exceptional Service Department

About a year ago I purchased an '08 CTS from Crest. The buying process was very simple, it felt like it took no time at all! Little did I know, the service department was the best I have ever dealt with. The manager, Greg Fischer, is a very straight shooter. He is extremely respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. I drive past another Cadillac dealer on my way to get my car serviced because of this. The service department makes taking your car in enjoyable (as much as it can be). I would recommend Crest to everyone I know, in fact, I do!

Great Service and Customer Satisfaction

I have never experienced such great service anywhere else. Greg Fischer always takes to the time to make sure I am satisfied with the work done to my car. He is very involved with customer satisfaction.The staff is very friendly and always willing to take care of you. The work done to my car is always done in a timely manner and always done right the first time. The new renovations to this location are great - easy access and a very convenient location.

Incredible Service fro Many Years!

I cannot begin to let you know what an incredible experience it has been working with Gregg Fischer and Crest Cadillac on the service and repairs for my family's vehicles. Having 5 drivers in my family of which 3 are kids makes keeping up with service and repairs a real challange - yet Gregg and his team have done a great job keeping all of our cars running in tip-top condition. I have always been leery of service performed by dealerships on non-purchased cars from that dealership, but Crest has made me feel right at home, and has ALWAYS been reasonable with their costs and approach to service. I can honeslty tell you that this dealership and Gregg Fischer's approach to customer service is second to none!

Crest by far the best buying experience I've had

I've purchased quite a few used cars over the years. Most times i know exactly what I'm looking for, and once I find a particular car I want I have to bite the bullet and deal with whoever the dealer is and hope they are not terrible. The folks at Crest, in stark contrast, were not only pleasant, but downright helpful. On top of that they gave me what I felt was a great deal (and I do a lot of research) without wasting my time with a lot of back and forth negotiations. Ross Thim and David Ulwelling are the best dealer/manager tandem I've ever dealt with. After I first contacted them about a used Cadillac that ended up not being what I was looking for, they took the time to understand what I wanted and offered other options (without "pushing" them). They kept me in mind when another vehicle that met my requirements became available a few weeks later and called me up to have a look. Not only that but said upfront over the phone what kind of deal they would provide (none of this come on in an we'll talk about it stuff). Also while waiting during the close if my transaction, I witnessed David dealing with other customers and he was just as genuine and helpful with them.
