Ken Hiller opened the doors to Hiller Ford on May 1 1954. Hiller Ford is one of the largest Ford dealerships in the state of Wisconsin. We are the largest Ford dealership in Wisconsin to ever win Ford's prestigious President's Award for customer satisfaction and sales leadership. In 2014 we won it for the 14th time. No other dealership our size in Wisconsin has ever won it once. It has been a privilege to serve our fine customers over the past 60 years. We have been very fortunate to be a part of the great community we serve.

Outstanding customer service!!!!

5 star experience the whole way through. Everyone was very nice and the facility was immaculate. The service advisor gave me regular updates and my vehicle was done fast! Will definitely be coming back.

Oil Change

First time customer for oil change. Showed up 20 minutes early due to terrible weather and they got me right in. Nice waiting area, and even got a token for the coffee/ hot cocoa machine to warm me of the outside temps. They didn’t attempt to suggestive sell me anything. Just a good ol’oil change and tire rotation as requested. Manager was very helpful. She answered all my questions. If the automotive services unit is as good as the oil change unit, I will definitely be conducting all my trucks services at Hiller Ford.

Bought my F150 from Boucher. They ripped me off. Stay away. Had work done at hiller. Polite. Nice. Great work and Ned from body shop was great.

When your from out of town and break down.

We are From out of state my F150 broke down, we had triple A take it to Hiller Ford. The service department was exceptional from keeping in contact with us. And had the starter on hand. Also took care of the 2 recalls that were on it. We appreciate your service. Top notch thank you.

Great Service

I am visiting my parents from CA and we had their van serviced. The Service Advisor was Rachel Falkowski. This was first thing in the morning with a line waiting. She was very helpful and explained everything. My sister was dealing with their car which had some repairs done. Again, service was great. Even waiting for a part to arrive we were always apprised of progress. My parents have been with Hiller Ford for 25 years and would never consider changing. Thank you!

Oil change

Clean facility, courteous staff, no appointment needed quick in and out. It was my fifth visit and will continue to return. When I purchased my truck Mac(Brandon) was the best. Wish they’d bring back the free car wash with oil changes.

Oil change

Went to the quick lube at Hiller Ford. Got in right away without an appointment. Finished in less than an hour. No complaints. I will go back again.
