One person in waiting room not wearing a mask alone. Spoke with service manager and he said it is not required. While others were outside in the hot... sun because they refused to approach him. And to top it off, they charge $20 more for a oil change than other dealers but I was in a hurry. If your safety is a concern, I would not go to Simpson Chevrolet. Even the service advisor did not have a mask. In these times,. The public will support businesses that are safe and keeping their customers sale. As a Registered Nurse, I recommend starting away from Simpson Chevrolet in Lake Forest California. Stay Away

I like the fact the I was able to pick up my car at my convenience do to my work schedule, Mike was very friendly and I was able to keep the loaner until... next day at no charge. Great service.

The key word is consistency. I've been returning to Simpson Chevrolet for service for over 2 years after purchasing a 2500HD diesel truck from them. ... Every single time I've dealt with them, from purchase to services, i come away feeling like a valued customer as I should. Roger Abbott, the service director, even went above and beyond to help me out when another dealership (i was on a trip to Utah) didn't perform service correctly leaving codes behind that blocked my registration. When I think of service or parts, I always go to Simpson and I've never been disappointed. On my most recent visit, the service advisor, Scott Andersen, took the time to go over what services were needed, and which ones were not, so that I didn't end up having to deal with that on another trip to Utah. No rush, no pressure, just very good service. I highly recommend them.
Good deal on lease coming in.... fairly efficient process. That's where the support ended. Numerous attempts to reach out to the general manager resulted... in absolutely no response. Be very careful what happens at lease end and make sure you get a receipt that is actually signed by somebody there. Tremendously cut-throat attitude when they reached out to me to buy a new vehicle at lease end and I said I wanted to deal with my original salesperson. Though she was there, when I reached out to buy a replacement vehicle, messages to her were unreturned I suspect because she never got them. Even GM Financial indicated that the way they handled the lease and was very unusual and encouraged me to make a formal complaint. I think their pricing is aggressive and their deals are good so if that's what you're looking for this is a good dealer for you. My experience is that if you're looking for a relationship, this is not the dealer for you. Of course this is all my own experience and personal opinion but I will not be buying a vehicle from them ever again.
We service our vehicles with this dealership because we get really great service that we can trust. Phil Neuer, our Service Technician has been servicing... our vehicles basically from the start. He always gives us great and honest service even with a smile! Even though we cannot fix everything at once, he will let us know what is recommended, then we can fix the rest at a later time. We really appreciate all the advise and service we receive.
