Lied on Inspection; Refused to Cover Cost
If I could rate a minus 10 I would do it. Bought a 2018 car January 31, 2022. Never used the air conditioner till 3 months later. Would not work. Dealership refused to cover a bad compressor on the car when it had never been used one time since driving it off the lot. Which means, the so-called inspection on the car in January that told us the air conditioner worked fine, lied. I will not buy another car from this dealer.

The experience was excellent.
The experience was excellent. I came in with four cars I wanted to look at. Jagdeep went and got them. Three of them were Equinox's and a Jeep Comp[xxx . we took two of the Equinox's for a ride and then the Jeep. after I decided which one I liked the paperwork process started. Aside from the paperwork ( which is out of your control ) the whole process was excellent.
