2023 Ford Escape

Honest staff Honest price

Stopped in needing a car but was not sure which model. Sat down with a sales person who took the time to show me many different vehicles in a very pleasant low pressure style. Ended up driving away in a new vehicle the same visit. Highly recommend!

2017 Fusion-Bob Maxey Ford Howell

Saw the 2017 Ford Fusion online. Gorgeous car, great price. Having had a 2012 Ford Fusion for a almost repair free 186,000 miles , I knew I had to check it out. Bob Maxey Ford Howell, is an excellent store. My sales agent, Jeremy Hellwege, was outstanding, in every aspect of the buying experience. Thank you Jeremy! I will be back and will refer folks to your store.

Beware

Everyone was helpful and friendly when I leased a car, but not when I returned it. I brought back my Mustang in perfect condition. I asked if anyone was going to look it over and they said another day. This worried me, so I took pictures all around the car, just in case. Sure enough, a week later I received a letter stating I owed $560 for damages on the car. They sent me pictures of a big dent in the car. I sent them my pictures clearly showing no dent in that spot when I dropped it off. The pictures show the dealership in the background and a time stamp. Not only are they not interested in my pictures, they won’t even reply to the three emails I have sent asking for help. For three weeks now they have ignored me at Bob Maxey and the Dearborn headquarters. Before you say I should have had a pre inspection, I called about that and the person at BM told me to just bring it in on the turn in date, so I did, and then got screwed and now ignored. Beware when dealing with this dealership. I won’t ever again.
