Saw the 2017 Ford Fusion online. Gorgeous car, great price. Having had a 2012 Ford Fusion for a almost repair free 186,000 miles , I knew I had to check... it out. Everyone was helpful and friendly when I leased a car, but not when I returned it. I brought back my Mustang in perfect condition. I asked if anyone... was going to look it over and they said another day. This worried me, so I took pictures all around the car, just in case. Sure enough, a week later I received a letter stating I owed $560 for damages on the car. They sent me pictures of a big dent in the car. I sent them my pictures clearly showing no dent in that spot when I dropped it off. The pictures show the dealership in the background and a time stamp. Not only are they not interested in my pictures, they won’t even reply to the three emails I have sent asking for help. For three weeks now they have ignored me at Bob Maxey and the Dearborn headquarters. Before you say I should have had a pre inspection, I called about that and the person at BM told me to just bring it in on the turn in date, so I did, and then got screwed and now ignored. Beware when dealing with this dealership. I won’t ever again.

Very fine dealer. Courteous service, efficient, all documents for a used car trade in, done fast and correctly. No problems! The used car I purchased,... a 2017 Fusion Titanium Hybrid, was very clean with new tires. Looking good as new! Thanks guys.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an... Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
