I couldn't have had a better experience at Heiser Toyota. Excellent selection, very good prices and honest, low-pressure salesmen. I mainly dealt with James who was a super nice gentleman but it seemed like others were great too, happy to be at work. It was my first experience at a used car dealership and was afraid of the worst but was lucky to encounter the best. I came up from Illinois for their impressive selection And learned of the benefits of buying in Wisconsin. The state has various laws to guarantee thorough inspections and satisfaction with used cars through dealerships. Good luck with your hunt. If they have something you're looking for you'll get a good deal.

The service department called me before I needed service
The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesman and he set up service thru email to get an appointment. They we able to get me in quickly. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls. I appreciate all they did so I can enjoy this well engineered vehicle.

Christine, Jorgo, and Shahat were all very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was shopping around at other dealers initially and had some bad experiences and salespeople that were not willing to work with me in a way I felt comfortable. That was not the case at Heiser! They were honest and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It was very refreshing to see after the negative experiences at other places. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for Toyotas in the future.

It was alittle disappointing that I booked an appointment
It was alittle disappointing that I booked an appointment online but when I got to the dealership the car I requested to look at was at a different location. When I was introduced to Christine she handled the situation nicely, she did an excellent job of asking questions to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted to look and was pushy to get me to look at others. She was knowledgeable and very professional and efficient I getting the paperwork and sale completed. Thank you!
