My service technician, Shane, did a great job greeting me. He reminded me of all the recommended work that I had forgotten about. He helped me prioritize that and schedule that. The waiting room was great for doing work while I waited. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that it took two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I expected it to be shorter, especially after arriving at 7:15 a.m.

I have visited service center for speakers problem, but...
I have visited service center for speakers problem, but after running multipoint inspection, they have given me list of things to be fixed in my car which costs around $1200, I am surprised to see that list. Exactly one week back, actual oil service was done at Andrew Toyota and they have not even mentioned about these issues. Not sure, why only heiser Toyota servicing guy recommending services which costs around $1200. Also, I have asked Heiser Toyota serving guy to check on the issue- suspension sound that I am hearing when the car is taking reverse. I am still hearing the noise, not sure what did they checked. 😣
