Took my vehicle for diagnostics.

Took my vehicle for diagnostics. Problem was found and I had my vehicle back when promised. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Appreciated the atmosphere. Not the hustle and bustle of the other dealership in town.

Derek did a phenomenal job finding a car within my mom's

Derek did a phenomenal job finding a car within my mom's budget and really made the process enjoyable. I will contact him as soon as I am ready to purchase a car for my son next month. And Larry!!! Wow! I cannot express my gratitude enough for how hard he worked to help my mom sell her two old cars. He was extremely patient, diligent and supportive during the process. Great service! Sales person, and finance were able to help me with choosing a vehicle and with payment options that were in my budget. They did whatever they could to help me. I would recommend this location when looking for a vehicle.

Called and made appointment for next day service.

Called and made appointment for next day service. Mechanics quickly fixed problem with hood latch not releasing. The scheduled oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection was completed thereafter.

Dropped off truck and the gentleman that was supposed to

Dropped off truck and the gentleman that was supposed to be my service advisor retired and didn?t tell me anything we had to get more people involved then what needed to be to simply get truck repaired. Richard the new advisor did well picking up the problem and getting the job done.
