Had some warranty work done on our Chevy Truck and our service manager Cesar Soto went above and beyond to help me get our truck back in a timely manner.... Cesar was awesome and I would definately recommend you talk to him if you need to have work done on your vehicle
The service department has terrible customer service. Needed to bring vehicle in for warranty work. I live 30 miles away so no shuttle. Can’t get a... loaner vehicle for 3-4 weeks but need to bring my vehicle in for 2-3 day for diagnostics so I can get on the car loaner list. Uh if I could bring the car in for diagnostics to get on loaner list I wouldn’t need loaner! Hard to believe they have cars for sale everywhere but no loaner. So I am going to another dealership that offers customer service. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership. I do not recommend you do business with them.

Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light on they diagnosed the vehicle to have a problem with the transmission three weeks later they still have... my car there excuse is that there waiting on the part from there warehouse I buy nothing but Chevy vehicles but I'm really thinking about going to ford don't go to any autonation dealership stay as far as you can for service the only reason I brought it to autonation is because it's under warranty

Terrible. I truly dread having my servicing done there. I fully regret ever adding the service package to my vehicle. I have 5 more oil changes in on the... package and I am considering forfeiting them due to how terrible the service experience is. This is the 3rd time I?ve come for a servicing with an appointment in the morning (yesterday?s appointment was at 9:30am), only to find out that I won?t have my car for the entire day (my car wasn?t ready until 4:23pm). I don?t ever receive calls when my vehicle is done. And when I call for status I am told I will be called back but never happens. Why does it take from 9:30am to 4:23pm to merely do an oil change?! You guys will call me back ASAP to ask if I want to pay more for extra servicing but won?t ever call me when it?s done! And for the past 3 servicings I have asked staff there, ?why does an appointment for just an oil change take all day?? And this was the 3rd time I was told the same answer of how people who show up without appointments and wait in the lobby for servicing are considered ?waiters? and they get their servicing done first because they are waiting. Since I take advantage of the shuttle ride I am not top priority, regardless of my appointment! That?s BS. I literally have to plan a day off where I am to expect to not have my car for the entire day for an oil change! This is the 3rd time and I am done with your business. I tell everyone I know to never go there. For the sake of good people deserving to be treated right, I feel it?s would be in the best interest of everyday consumers to know what the experiences there are like. I have no problem befriending car salesmen from other dealerships to inform them of how the competition is. The consumers have the right to know. 5 more servicings to go on the package I bought makes me sick to my stomach that I might have to go through all of this again. It?s an oil change! That?s all it is! Other places in town do them in less than 30mins! But with Auto Nation Chevrolet North it will put you without your own vehicle for the entire day! That?s BS!!

Had the worst week, lost my car previously in a wreck. Went in and saw the car I’ve always wanted, right there, like it was meant to be. Tyler leach was... great! I went in because my battery and radio was messing up so I brought it in and they told me what was wrong with it and fixed it and were very helpful and... nice. I would recommend my family and friends to go.
