just now NEW THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH AN OPEN RECALL!

just now NEW THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH AN OPEN RECALL! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I traded in my minivan for a different minivan. The salesman even helped me MOVE MY CARSEATS over to the new minivan. The 2012 Honda Odyssey i purchased on the trade in had a recall for the middle seats not attaching. Today my KIDS FACE was SLAMMED into the back of my seat due to this known recall issue SMASHING HIS FACE and KNOCKED OUT HIS TOOTH. This known recall put my children’s LIVES AT RISK increasing the chances of injury. THE DEALERSHIP KNEW ABOUT THIS RECAL PRIOR TO SALE and chose not to get it fixed or inform me of it. I am willing to spend more money on purchasing a car from a reputable dealer with the expectation that is is inspected and safe. This was not the case with the minivan I purchased, it ended up being a $15000 DEATH TRAP FOR MY CHILDREN

I have been in touch with the regional manager, Brian, and have spoken to you in person. Unfortunately the company and I were not able to reach a resolution to which we were both satisfied with.

Buyers: CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BURROWS complaints on companies DO NOT JUST GO BY THE RATING. For instance: this particular location shows a AAA rating, but if you look further they’ve had 8 complaints, in the past 12 months, but only 3 complaints 24 months prior to this past year. Almost TRIPLING the amount of complaints in half the amount of time! Yet the BBB has not changed their rating.

SOLD CAR WITH OPEN RECALL
