Nobody could figure out my venting system.

Nobody could figure out my venting system. I spent almost $1000, and no results. I went to a private shop and they fixed it and was only 2 hours, no 6 trips to your dealership. Also, it cost me a fraction of the total I spent with heiser.

BEWARE Will never trust this dealer after their service

BEWARE Will never trust this dealer after their service dept failed to perform all service work claimed on the work order and final invoice. It is frustrating when you can no longer be sure your oil was changed, your spark plugs replaced, your tires rotated or any other work you pay for was completed as billed when you pick up your vehicle unless you have some way to actually verify the work was completed. This appears to be a systemic problem with this dealer as one service tech explained to me that he checks for some things he can verify and sends the vehicle back to service a second time before telling the customer they are finished. This was not my first experience with thinking they had not done what they claimed, just the first time I could actually prove it as I had used a permanent marker before service. Yes, they comped me, but that hardly restores trust that any work they claim is done, was done, if I cannot verify everything myself.

Matt, You did what you could and I thank you for that. However, trust cannot simply be restored with a comp. Tell me what is being done at Heiser so future customers can be assured work billed was done. How can a customer be confident correct oil was used, difficult to access spark plugs were actually replaced, tires were actually rotated, etc. without the customer needing to check everything after the visit vs just accepting your word it was done?

Service was excellent however I believe someone took something that was in my glove department because after i came to get my vehicle not noticing it after few days later by checking it it was missing it’s unfortunate that someone would do such a thing

Jeff was so helpful even though I came close to closing.

Jeff was so helpful even though I came close to closing. He was able to help fix our issue and explain everything that I needed to have done and the cost. Jeff kept me informed throughout the whole process.. If I ever need anything I will be back.
