Any, was very hard to reach. She didn't return phone calls or respond to emails until management told her to reach out. I did not get all of my questions answered regarding lease end buy out. I got some of my questions answered by G.M. financing not the dealership or financing. I am still missing IOU parts that were never fulfilled. I was contemplating purchasing a Chevy blazer and trading in the equinox, Amy never got back to me with the amount Heiser would offer for the equinox as promised.Poor customer service experience this time around with Heiser Chevy.

I asked Lucas a question about my check engine light being on I asked if it’s urgent to get looked at he said shrugged and said “I don’t know it won’t leave you stranded on the side of the road” he was rude to me but much nicer when my boyfriend came over. Very rude
