They are advertising a car with the Leasing purchase price to draw you in and then will have you pay the MSRP pricing. Not a good way to do business and won’t be reaching out to them at all anymore

Dropped off car for recall service and for repair of the drivers side mirror that was not setting correctly. In meeting with service advisor, I was told that the price for the mirror motor was over $900.00 and that was the issue without even looking at the mirror and how it was malfunctioning. I pointed out that Germain Lexus in Naples actually diagnosed the problem when I had the GX460 in for a service when I was visiting Naples. Germain gave me the part number and price so that I could have West Kendall Lexus repair once the part was ordered. The service "advisor" again did not look at it and then said that the part number was for the glass, which it was not and which I verified myself by on-line review of Lexus Parts. The $900 + price is even more than an entirely new mirror, not to mention whatever labor they intended to jack-up. Will just wait for my next visit to Naples and have Germain Lexus install/repair for less than $200.00. Just reinforces my beliefs on how they can build their gaudy dealership through gouging service customers.

Worse car buying experience ever! Hidden fees.
I recently purchased a 2020 Lexus from Lexus of West Kendall. Their internet price for a used car is way below their actual price. They added $2000 for some PDI fees (basically detailing the used car). Worst Experience Ever!! I cannot begin to express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this dealership. It has been the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I purchased my car on June 12, 2021 and after reviewing my contract noticed an additional finance fee of almost $2,000; in addition, there were other warranty hidden fees over the price discussed after signing the contract. I was told because I already signed a document they cannot remove the charge. A BIG MISTAKE! I do not recommend doing business with this dealership ever. If you do make sure you read all the fine print before signing any documents.

Worst Experience Ever!!
I can not begin to express how disappointed and frustrated I am in this dealership. It has been the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I purchased my car back in June and was told by Maliq the finance manager that it would be easy to register the car in the state I was about to move to. BIG MISTAKE! It is now pretty much December and I have yet to get my official license plate. Within allllll these months I have sent many many many emails and maybe after sending close to 10 is when I finally get an answer. And that is because forget getting a call back from any of the voice messages left. The COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE. I had to get the dealership manager to help... and I did get some help but now towards the end of my process I am found stuck once again being ignored...buy BOTH the finance manager Maliq and the dealership manager Larry. I have again sent several emails and No Reply. I don’t live in the state of FL anymore, otherwise I would show up and try and get my questions answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. My family all knows about my horrible experience here. God help you if you buy a vehicle here!!! They also claimed to have sent all the necessary paperwork to the MVA in the new state I am in and that is also not true. I have had to send many things over again! WHATEVER UOU DO GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP!!!! I CANT WAIT TILL I FINALLY GET MY LAST PROBLEM SOLVED AND WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AND PEOPLE EVWR AGAIN!!!! I have tried to remain calm with this issues but after 5 months of the same issue it is Impossible!

I HAD CONTACTED FOR 2021 LEXUS RX-350 STOCK # N30005 LISTED ON CARS.COM FOR $41,684. WHEN I CALLED TO DEALERSHIP THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT OWNER THIS PRICE. BECAUSE CARS.COM POSTED WRONG PRICE. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS 5 2021 RX-350 LISTED PRICE FROM $41,480 TO $41,866. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT WRONG PRICE POSTED FOR 5 CARS. NEVER NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I HAVE FILE COMPLAIN AGAINT THIS TO LEXUS CORPORATE AS WELL.

DO NOT BUY AT LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL! Purchased a brand new Lexus UX 200 F Sport on October 22. During the test drive all was OK. October 23 I noticed that the steering wheel was not centered. Took the car back and they fixed the issue. October 24 I drove the car on the highway and the car was vibrating when driving at any speed over 40MPH October 24 Took the car back to the dealer and service department claimed all was OK. I did not accept that answer and I called the Sales Manager and he asked Service to do a balance on all 4 wheels October 24 Picked up the car after the balance and issue was still there October 24 I drove back to the dealer and complained again since the car is brand new and should not be vibrating. Dealer asked to wait bercasue they were going to get approval from Lexus to replace the tires because issue was that tires have flat spots from being parked without moving for too long. October 26 I called Lexus corporate and asked for help, seems like the dealer did not need any approval for anything. They were just giving me the round around because they did not want to replace the tires since it was going to cost them money October 26 Lexus spoke to the dealer and they agreed to replace the tires. I dropped the car that day and when I went to pick it up on the 27 the car had a suspension noise. I dropped the car AGAIN at the dealer! NEW CAR REMEMBER! October 27 Went into the main building and asked to speak with General Manager I was told to come by the office at 12PM . I arrived at 12PM and he kept me waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to speak! Great customer service if you ask me. I finally spoke to him and explained everything that was happening. He then called the Service Manager to get his side of the story. The service manager DID NOT know he was on speaker and basically admitted he knew the tires were bad and yet did not replaced them, then also admitted that they finally replaced the tires but the tires they used are from another car ( new car ) that was also seating at the garage for almost a year. Therefore the replacement tires ALSO have flat spots. I demanded the dealer to cancel the sale and refund my money. General manager asked me to give him a day so he could get that done for me. Well it has been a day and yet he has not called me. As of today October 29 I have a new Lexus with bad tires on it because Lexus of West Kendall was too cheap to properly replace the tires. A brand new car with only 6 days of use!

Very Friendly at first once he has you sign everything and get the money the work ethics goes out the door. Very poor customer service never returned a called or emails.
