Dangerously Negligent

My car has only been serviced at this location. It was obvious the technicians were not diligent in their care of my car. For the almost 2 years I have driven this car, Never was I told my tires were peeling like an onion. Under those conditions, I was allowed to drive out after paying +$280 for a service. My car had never been aligned nor was I ever advised I should do so. (I was told the tires wore out because the car was not aligned). I believed it was part of the regular service appointments I took my car to and I trusted the service technicians on their work on my car. Luckily, before anything dangerous could occur I noticed and called the service Dept. Alex the service manager eventually, handled this issue as I would expect from a Lexus dealership. My tires were replaced and my car was aligned at no cost to me. Again, what I expect from a Lexus dealership, to make things right especially when it was their gross error.

fast and reliable service. I was served by an excellent salesman and financier. I left with the car I wanted and in the price range I had thought

Exceptional Experience

Great Team Who responded to all my inquiries and concerns, exceeded my expectations. I am very proud of my sales representative Yurlin Cavero, made me feel very comfortable, great communication, great customer service and responded promptly to all my questions!

Excellent service

Esteban was very nice and prompt. Went at lunch time and the lady of the cafeteria was a sweetheart. Didn’t have to wait long. I was very satisfied and will continue bringing my car here always!

Very energetic and customer focused team!

I'm new to Miami and had my first 5000 mile service at the Kendall Dealer ship. Being that I am southern belle, I did not expect the same level of hospitality I was accustomed too. To my surprise, the customer service level was just as good or better than my first visit. It's nice knowing that customer service is a priority! I appreciate the consistency, stay the course!

Execellent customer service

Came to the Lexus West Kendall dealership and was helped by Cecil Silva. He helped us with all our questions and concerns. Even with my not so good credit he was able to help me get the car we wanted. He was very friendly. Would definitely recommend everyone to come to this Lexus dealership.

Great Experience

West Kendall Lexus provided excellent service in every phase of the purchase. Everyone was very helpful and gracious and super friendly. I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Esteban Muñoz was excellent.

My service advisor explained the problem and took care. I had to go back the next day because my battery died. He again took care of the problem.
