Horrible, Unprofessional, and Rude!

I went in to look at the new 2016 RX last week. The man that showed us the cars was very nice at first. I really liked a Black Lexus RX with a Beige Interior which he was able to find. We asked him to run the numbers for a lease for the RX and we waited while he went to go "see what he could do". After waiting for an entire hour, he did not return with any numbers. I finally tried to see where he went and he said that "these things take a while". After waiting for another hour, he finally came back with a piece of paper in his hand. I let him know that we had another appointment we were already late for since this had taken so long and to please just show me the numbers we asked for. He then said "If you're leaving why should I show you any numbers?" I was so upset at this point by the audacity that this person had. If you work for a luxury brand, you need to treat your clients better than this. We had a second appointment we were late for and told him about at the very beginning. Not only did we never receive a prize for a Lexus RX lease, but he told us to just leave because he was not going to give us any numbers if we were leaving. Finally, we went to BMW and I purchased a 2016 X5. To be fully honest, I was already sold on the Lexus RX before I got the dealership and was ready to lease the SUV and only interested in the Lexus RX. This was the perfect example of a really great product completely destroyed by horrible customer service.

Lost with words

These days owning a car isn't easy , but it feels as if you drive off with a new car you'll gain confidence to working for it . Leo was professional, extremely nice and understood all my needs . I was upfron with him about certain situations and he made it happen , approved and now driving a new ct lexus hybird . Humbled and excited to have met Leo and the quickness of this process .

Quick, easy and professional buying experience

I told Leo exactly what I was looking for and price range. No games, deal was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend him if your looking into getting a car.

Great customer service..very attentive!

Leo was very responsive and quick to answer any questions practically immediately. The car I wanted was gone in a matter of days and he had the same car for me delivered one day prior to my arrival so it was ready to go. He was honest and personable I felt like he was looking out for my well being during the process. The only improvement I can ask for is the time it took to handle all of the paperwork and financing as I was there from 10:30am to 2pm but understand the demand is high for Leo and it was the holidays. Overall I am happy customer and look forward to bringing you all some business!

2003 is300

I feel I got a great deal on my used car and the salesperson was extremely polite and helpful. He was even able to find the age of the previous owner of the car after I asked, which I found extremely surprising.

My car of choice/ Always Lexus. Excellent

I highly recommend Rita Parker. Very professional . Every time I come back to Lexus I get better service. This is my 5th. Lexus. Extremely happy.

Leased my 2nd Lexus

If you are going to Lexus of west Kendall then you must work with Ernie barouh. He is honest, transparent and provides excellent service. I had to wait a little bit for finance to meet with me, but other than that the sales process was smooth. I highly recommend this dealership.

Phenomenal Service

I was looking for a 2013 IS 250 in white. I found them in different websites. When I called Lexus of West Kendall, Gil Grisales offered me incredible assistance. The emailed me the Carfax, window sticker with the specifications and additional pictures. We negotiate the price over the phone and I just showed up to test drive and sign the papers. Thanks Gil
