STAY AWAY - CROOKS!!!

Crooks! This dealership purposely cleared the check engine codes before purchase without repairing the vehicle. The computer log verifies that they did this. Now they are saying it was sold "as is". But they knowingly and purposely misrepresented the condition of the car. That's fraud!! The quote to repair is $3600!!!

Flawed Vehicles and Deceptive Salesmen! What seemed fast...

Flawed Vehicles and Deceptive Salesmen! What seemed fast and effortless, was robbed and scammed. • Broken Sunroof • Deceptive Warranty Sale • Negotiated price not honored The vehicle I purchased sunroof broke on the first time I opened it. I found out that the warranty they sold me was not the warranty they promised. Sunroof would not have fixed, even at the level promised. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the contract. Atlanta Used Cars, made no attempt to fix the issue. During the Sale, I was able to get the sales rep to drop the price. It wasn’t much but it made me feel good. The Finance Manager pushed the contract so fast I only had time to read the paperwork at home. Beware, do not let your guard down. These Sales Reps have no idea what type of good hard working people they are ripping off. The sacrifices my family will have to make to come up with to come up with the additional cost of 3,200.00, will be tough and unnecessary. My advice, don’t trust them. Stay away from this lot and find the vehicle at a trust worthy dealership. Michael Heathfield

*CAUTION* Keep your guard up with these people! They sold me a car whose engine blew up 2 days after buying the car and offered absolutely no help in paying my $17,000 BMW repair bill. I accept responsibility for my naivety, so this review is meant to expose different tactics employed by this dealership that you NEED to look out for. Hopefully this post will help someone else avoid the situation I’m in. I’m 19, I saved my money throughout highschool and college to purchase my dream car. When I found it at this dealership I drove from Florida to purchase the car. I worked with a salesman named Stanley Lalani. DO NOT TRUST STANLEY. My first mistake was believing that he actually had a buyer lined up for the car in California. He told me that if I didn’t buy the car today it was going to cali. This made me refrain from getting a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) done on the car and taking time to think about the purchase. GET A PPI DONE. Stanley did not tell me any information about the car that I did not solicit myself. ASK FOR THE CARFAX. They posted a AutoCheck report on the listing online that did not report that the vehicle had an accident. Stanley did not tell me that the vehicle had an accident. TAKE A LONG TEST DRIVE. Stanley let me drive the car(cold) for half a mile and then had me turn around and come back to the dealership. DO NOT BUY THE SUPPLEMENTAL WARRANTY. Stanley offered me a supplemental warranty from a company called Gold Standard. Read the reviews for this company on BBB, they will do anything to avoid honoring your warranty. Last but not least, DO NOT TRUST STANLEY. He looked me in the eyes and said “I do not sell bad cars”, But when it came down to it Stanley sold me a very bad car and wasn’t willing to do anything at all to help me out. Purchasing this car had been a moment I had been dreaming about for years. It should have been a beautiful moment, but Stanely and Atlanta Used Car Sales ruined it.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Used Cars for our daughter. The experience was extremely pleasant and we enjoyed working with Troy! They had a number of great options to choose from and Troy helped us find just the right one.

Read review update already spend $2,000 on repairs in 3...

Read review update already spend $2,000 on repairs in 3 months without mention that they almost make me get a new xxxx**** car so disappointed Transmission fluid was only fill half of it If I didn’t check all this fluids, I will it have destroy the transmission without knowing this people sell cars like this is ridiculous and many other problems that is not worth it to type it waste of time trying to get a car from that Dealership IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP, BE VERY CAREFUL. I’m not trying to be a xxxxxxx and just give a bad review about this dealership but personally I didn’t have the best experience here at all. Just imagine purchasing a car driving back home all happy and then not even before I getting home, you get a check engine light and the tire pressure light. When I tried to reach out to them, their excuse for not being “able to do anything” was that they had told me I should purchased insurance Incase of any issues the car may have. Which to me made a lot of sense considering how much they practically begged me to get it. It all just seemed super shady, to the point where it kind of appears that they knew they were selling me a problem car. Within the same month of the purchase, the car would not start without any warning. I would drive it to my destination and when it was time for me to head home, it would just not start and it forced me to just abandon my car multiple times!!! Like what more bad can go wrong. The financial manager or whatever title he gave himself, wasn’t the nicest person to make a deal with. The whole time he gave out a crappy vibe and honestly I’m still surprised I even continued with the purchase. He seemed irritated by the fact they lowered the price of the car more than what seemed convenient for them. He kept answering my questions with a rude tone and basically in a hurry to get us out of there and go enjoy all my Christmas lights the car had coming for me in the coming hours. On a nicer note, the guy that came up to me to offer help was very respectful. That’s all that was nice about there. Sad. Anyways, back to when I tried contacting them, they told me they couldn’t do anything and just said they’ll call me within a week and of course, these very unprofessional people didn’t. To conclude this rant, my advice is simply be careful considering even searching up their site. If you want to risk it, go for it but bring professional help so they can check the car before buying. I don’t want to be that guy that wants to trash and wish for the worse for this company but I’m simply disappointed and upset with the lack of help I received. Incase you, Atlanta Used Cars sees this, don’t say this is fake and overly exaggerated because I know dang well you remember that 2014 Infinity Q50.

Worst business EVER!!!

I negotiated with Atlanta Used Cars and put a large amount down on a vehicle. Upon going to finalize the deal the next day, I was called by 12:00 p.m. and they disregarded my down payment and sold the vehicle to another customer. I arrive to see the car being cleaned to give to someone else. Instead of management stepping in to clarify the issue with me, they left it up to a salesperson to try to explain. They are a total disgrace as a business and I will spread this everywhere I go about them.
