Most ridiculous experience ever! Honda City
I purchased a car through this dealer. They have NO idea what they are doing. Wrong vehicle ID/color ON THE CONTRACT!!!!!! I found the mistake. Vehicle was to be titled in another state. They do not know how to do this either. Not helpful. seriously the most ridiculous place I have ever been. I took a check to pay for car, it took me 2 HOURS of them redoing paperwork because it was not the same way twice. Called the finance guy today, as I was told paperwork had to be notarized by salesperson, finance guy said no, went to ask a question to someone, waited for him to come back, he hung up on me, then he was busy! Their Dodge portion (Schlossman's) is no better. I test drove a car, never heard from the salesperson again. That's not a way to sell a car, I would think that is salemanship 101.

Kaylie worked the deal for my son and got him the truck he wanted at a price he was comfortable with!! The 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 was spotless for its age and way low miles!!! Looked Brand New!!! Highly recommend this dealership and Kaylie!!!

Salesman of the year!
Joe Orin was by far The Best salesman I have encountered on this journey of finding the right vehicle while getting the best deal. He was not only honest and forthcoming but witty, charming and very knowledgeable about not only his products but the others I threw at him. I had to make sure he knew his stuff and he did. I told him what I was working with and what I wanted to see happen. He gave me solutions as well as suggestions for alternatives to that. He gave us the most informative, entertaining downright fun experience in car shopping yet. However, I'm quite picky and wish i was excited about the product but I'm still comparing. He has since called me to get an update Although I have not made a purchase yet, I'm sure I want him to be the one who sells it to me. The whole family loved him and have pressured me to buy from him just because of him and not the product. Great job Joe!

(Except for the rude internet man who hung up on me while I was driving when I asked him to “hold please” so I could pull over and talk to him.) Mr. Loren Woyach stepped up to the plate and apologized for that incidents and put me in Great hands with a Jill Johnson. I will admit that I am not an easy customer to deal with. I have zero tolerance for games or wasting my time. But between the two of them they met all my needs and left me to believe that I had total control. There was no pressure, just total customer satisfaction from the two. Because of those two outstanding professionals I am more than a HAPPY & PLEASED customer. Poor experience with the Service Department
Had a poor first experience with the Service Department at this dealership. Took my vehicle in, with an appointment, to have an issue looked at. A very simple and straightforward issue, at that. I was promised an update or call-back within a few hours. I had to call back at least three times only to find my Service advisor had gone home and my vehicle would not be looked at that day. This was over the course of a 12-13 hour period. I've never had this type of experience with any other Service team from other dealerships, shops, etc. At any rate, poor communication and lack of follow-up will definitely make me think twice before visiting Honda City again either for Service or a new vehicle.

Best experience hands down!
I was apprehensive at first due to the fact my credit had seen better days. A neighbor recommended Honda City and the fabulous Marion Masterjohn. So I went and two weeks later I had a brand new 2016 Honda Fit! Now this also took the help of Tracy and Jason. Tracy is the new car sales manager and was super sweet. Thank you Honda City, I'm a customer for life. Billie
