Tim is an excellent salesman. We haven't closed a deal yet due to other issues not relating to Palmen Even though they are an hour and half away from me, they earned my future business.

Very thorough and tested multiple fixes with out success. Determined the need for replacement parts and ordered them. Will let me know when they arrive.

Everyone is always very helpful, considerate, and explains thing well. Wally got the the tire problem right away, and it was taken care of that afternoon. Tim Krikau took us home so we could wait there and come back later to get the car. Patti is always excellent to work with as well.
