They advertised a very nice looking Kia sportage for

They advertised a very nice looking Kia sportage for 1500 cash doing a little research found they were almost 3 hours away I called to make sure said vehicle was there an available to take for a drive and check out explained to the guy on the phone that I would be driving many hours and wanted to Mke sure it was sold or being sold he assured me they wouldn't sell it to anyone else since I was driving such a distance I also asked for total price tax ect as I would bring it with me and my tag so I could drive it home . .. I arrive and I am shown a peice of junk its sitting on 4 flats and does not run at all then the rude salesman wanted to show me other cars! Scam artist bad sale practice! I spoke to someone on the phone 3 times and each time said it was a 3 hour drive on I 4 they could have said it didn't run .. they could have said "bring a towtruck" ! Run away from this dealership. Every bad thing you have ever hear about used car salesman. You can find at this dealership!! Wasted 7.5 hours of my time to walk through a junk yard !! Don't call them they lie or are deceitful! And Don't tell the whole truth total scam artist

I recently had a frustrating experience at [family auto mart ] that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was not one I would recommend. First and foremost, the advertising is misleading. The prices they display are far from what you'll actually pay upon arrival. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which quickly left a sour taste in my mouth. I drove a significant distance based on what I thought was a great deal, only to find out the actual prices were nowhere near what was advertised. Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I tried to ask questions about the vehicles and the pricing, and I was met with dismissive responses and an overall lack of interest in helping me. It seemed like they were more focused on profiling customers rather than providing good service. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is certainly not the experience one should have when looking to make a purchase. Communication was another major issue. I found it nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and when I did, the representatives were not helpful at all. Emails went unanswered for days, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. Overall, my experience at was incredibly disappointing. Poor customer service, misleading prices, and unprofessional behavior make this an establishment I won't be returning to. I sincerely advise others to look elsewhere when searching for a car.

They are truly thieves.

They are truly thieves. They offer a vehicle at a price, and then they come up with a bunch of extras that double the price of the car. Plus, the service is totally crap. I don't recommend this car salesman at all. They're disgusting.

Had a great experience with everyone at this dealership.

Had a great experience with everyone at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse from them last week and we could not be happier. The sales team from Jackson to Dave and Doug all were very honest and professional and worked hard to make it fit our budget, we dont have good credit but they dont care!! If you are like us an need a good car if you got bad credit, this is the place.

PREDATORY scam False advertising False pictures False reviews submitted False questions and answers All lies Only sells to people that fall on their trap Lies about car inventory Only wants to take your money and obercharfes on every car Melbourne Dept of commerce should be investigating all false advertising and deceptive ways that contracts are submitted to customers All cars are trash. Wrong pictures They lie and waste your time to go there No ethics Their God is to steal your money Only look at bad reviews. Others mean nothing.

Way over priced cars and when i ask about if the car had

Way over priced cars and when i ask about if the car had been in a flood they just kept saying it had a clear title.The car had in fact been in some kind of water as everything inside that was metal was rusted.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I CALL IN THE MORNING TO ASK FOR REFERENCES ABOUT A VEHICLE AND ITS AVAILABILITY TO PURCHASE CASH AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY DO HAVE THE VEHICLE, TRANSIT 1 hr and 45 min I ARRIVE AT THE PLACE AND THE SALESMAN TELLS ME THAT THE VEHICLE THAT I ASKED ABOUT BY CALL WAS NOT AVAILABLE SINCE LAST WEEK AND THAT THE VEHICLES THAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE $ 1,500 CASH PRICE MECHANICALLY WERE NOT WORKABLE THAT THE CONDITIONS THEY WERE IN WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE ME TO THE TRAFFIC LIGHT, TOTALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT TO MENTION THAT THE VEHICLES THEY HAVE LOOK LIKE THEY CAME OUT OF A HORRIBLE JUNKER.
