It's unpleasant and painful to be reminded that only two items of maintenance on just one car - replacing transmission fluid and flushing brake line - would cost just short of $400. For senior citizens on a very fixed income in this economy, that is hard. Yet the work was necessary, and the dealership gave me a discount. For that I am grateful. It seems that the work was done properly as well as promptly.

I recently had my Honda serviced. They were on time & called me at my request for a specific service once my car was evaluated. They took me home & picked me up when my car was ready. I had routine items done & some minor repairs.

Very good. Got service done on time. Provided ride to and from service location. Friendly. Although it's only been 3 days since service it appears the service was done correctly.

Appointments are made and kept and people are moved through in good order. Waiting area is clean and warm. Kiddy room and vending machines. Explanations by the intake workers are clear and they offer paper copies of what they're saying as well.

Loving my Honda!!
Christopher Leslie really listened and wasn’t pushy at all! Some things he picked up on - I mentioned that the top odyssey screen is annoying and wished it was just a clock. He changed it. I mentioned that the mirror with the side “blind spot” area was really hard to look at, he offered to get the glass changed out. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and friendly and made the car buying experience enjoyable! We came from out of town for a specific car and appreciate that he didn’t try to push us towards a more expensive used car or a new car. We are so happy with our certified used Honda Odyssey and are hoping to buy a certified used crv with Chris next!
