No one interacted with me No conversation, no experience, nothing at all. Almost felt ghostly

Very patient. Very accommodating. Sabastian knew everything about my vehicle and there's a lot to know.

I went to Rock County Honda because I have purchased from them in the past and they had a sale on a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in. We test drove the vehicle and I wanted buy it, but we found that it had been damaged in the lot, so was told that because it was a pre-owned certified vehicle, they would have to repair it before they could sell it. I was advised I would hear back in a few days. I reached out several times and each time was told that management still hadn’t determined what was going on with the vehicle, but as soon as it was known, I would hear back. I let them know that I was very interested in the vehicle. I reached out again now, and was told the car had sold. No call, no check-in about the status as promised. Just screwed over. Very disappointed, as I was almost positive this was going to be the outcome from the start and was hoping I was wrong.

As always, I was greeted promptly. All personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with a nice toy area to entertain children. My car was worked on and ready in a timely manner. Thank you, Rock County Honda.

Rock County Honda has redeemed themselves. After an absolutely horrendous experience there nearly 2 years ago,, I vowed to take my business elsewhere. Recently decided to take another chance on them, to have windshield wiper blades and cabin air filter replaced..My experience with new service advisor Rob, has redeemed my opinion of this place. From the time I walked in to the time I drove away, Rob treated me with courtesy, respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely do business with Rock County Honda again.

It's unpleasant and painful to be reminded that only two items of maintenance on just one car - replacing transmission fluid and flushing brake line - would cost just short of $400. For senior citizens on a very fixed income in this economy, that is hard. Yet the work was necessary, and the dealership gave me a discount. For that I am grateful. It seems that the work was done properly as well as promptly.

Came in for an oil change a some warranty work, always very helpful and will help you with any questions you might have. Car work was finshed ahead of time so that was great.

I recently had my Honda serviced. They were on time & called me at my request for a specific service once my car was evaluated. They took me home & picked me up when my car was ready. I had routine items done & some minor repairs.
