Unprofessional!!!

Drove and hour with a confirmed appointment just to find out that the car was not available for a test drive. I spoke with them just the day before and told them that I was driving an hour. Thank you so much for wasting my time.

This is the perfect place to go if you want to donate

This is the perfect place to go if you want to donate your money to bmw. On more than one occasion the customer service was horrible and their service advisors are only their to upsell as much as possible. Even if you’re going to inskip to buy parts call before hand as their inventory is very low and sometimes closed before business hours. I don’t leave reviews on anything but I am now, hoping to save you from the headache. Your best bet is using bmw in Norwood Ma

One of the best dealerships if your in the market for a

One of the best dealerships if your in the market for a BMW. Vito is the man to ask for if your looking for an honest dedicated partner who is working to get you the exact car you want and stay within the your budget! I’ve purchased 5 BMW’s from BMW Warwick and Vito has been my go to every time. I just call him and tell him what I am looking for and he gets to work like a machine not resting until he finds me what I want. Best of all, Every time I’m in the dealership everyone knows me by name and treats me like a VIP. From the sales to the service they really are first class. Ben Johnson is my service manager and always makes sure my cars are running 100%

Integrity

I was looking for a slightly used 2022 X4 M40i. There aren't many around and i found one with the options I wanted at BMW of Warwick. Initially there was a misunderstanding but Vito helped me work through it and the dealership conducted itself with integrity. I would buy there again and suggest you do as well if you are looking for a BMW or used car. I believe Vito is sincerely concerned with the satisfaction of his clients.

I purchased a vehicle at this dealer ship two weeks ago and my experience was not pleasant at all. the sales person was the only one that provided me with a good service, but the rest of the members of the team have no people skills at all. don't know how i see many reviews with 5 stars......it might be family members trying to help them out! do your homework and go to a different place!

Great car, no pressure sales - a win/win

After looking at the limited options for in stock BMW’s in my area in CT, I made my way to BMW of Warwick and was impressed by the selection. This is a busy dealership so I would recommend an appointment, but I was lucky to get Gianna M to help me. First, as a woman VP of Sales, I was refreshed to see a woman sales executive in the automotive sales business. Gianna gave me the facts I needed and I was able to quickly make a decision to purchase. No pressure, but she was able to get answers quickly and informatively. I watched Gianna juggle five customers while I waited, both with knowledge, energy and a great demeanor. Subsequent to my sale, Gianna followed up, including climbing through my trade in to get something I left and sending it to me, and keeping me updated on my registration. I’d highly recommend working with her, and if she was in the technology space like me I’d even probably steal her 😉 for my team. Love my X3, it rides beautifully, has all the add ins I was looking for and was pristine. I would definitely consider going to BMW of Warwick again!
