I just purchased 2022 RX350 a couple weeks ago.

I just purchased 2022 RX350 a couple weeks ago. I felt more welcome and more genuine sincere compared to 3 years ago in 2021 when I came looking to buy my 2021 RX 350 Lexus, and due to unfriendly and less sincere and I felt unwelcome there, I end up bought my car in Sharon, MA instead. Now I think everyone there were helpful and nice, especially Joe, showed me and explained to me what important that I need to know about that car and Karine also was very friendly. Here is my two cents: All customers are looking for friendly, sincere, genuine and most important is honesty and transparency about the prices because I am sure everyone do their homework before they walk in to look for the car they like. If the sales are honest with them they will know. Of course you will get your fare share, and you know it and customers know it too. I am glad that I gave Lexus InSKIP another try, and I am happy with what I got for my 2022 Lexus RX 350 from there. They really changed about customer service more friendly and easy to talk too and you don’t feel look down on you any more. I am recommend to everyone to it a try again.

I had a great experience with the team, at Lexus of Warwick, since the beginning of my search for an NX350. Everyone who assisted me with the online request for making an appointment to see and drive the car to the final purchase was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Morgan was the person who nicely set an appointment for me via phone to go and see the car. Eric, the Sales Agent, and Ben, the Sales Manager, were very apprehensive about what I was looking for and I felt very comfortable purchasing my now-owned car because of them. Eric and Benjamin's communication skills and professionalism in giving thorough information and disclosure, made me decide very quickly to purchase the car. Karine and Devine, in the Financial Department, completed work very professionally and with a great attitude. The receptionist(s) were communicating well and were empathetic. In short, I have to say I had an incredible experience and am very happy to buy my NX350 from Lexus of Warwick :) Great teamwork! Thanks for such great customer service.

It was the worst Experience for me.

It was the worst Experience for me. After waiting almost a month for car to come in they changed the payment amount on me the day before I was to pick up my car.

Old school Sales games

This one is for you Annette. This sales individual has gone above and beyond to show that the car industry has not changed and it is still all about the “game”. She even said it herself “I’m a salesperson my job is to sell cars” as a response when i called her out on misleading information and non truthful information that contradict itself. in summary, i asked if i can buy a car and put a deposit on a vehicle. few pics and questions down the road. Informed that i could not due to many reasons. totally understand the situation the vehicle is in, but why didn’t u just tell me what’s up from the beginning? Why tell someone they could do something if they could not. 1. i’ll informed, solution: don’t speak till informed 2. sales tactics to engage and hook customer solution: don’t shop here. So which one is it lexus and Penske?

The service department is top notch.

The service department is top notch. They are very communicative. They send a video with commentary of your vehicle while it is on the lift. They pick up and drop off your vehicle and leave you a loaner vehicle. Their service rates are very fair. I am very satisfied.

Great start, abysmal ending.

Hello, I’m keeping employee names out of this; it’s just not my style. As a whole, Lexus of Warwick proved they were an abhorrent and abject failure in securing a most willing and ideal customer. I have great credit, very congenial, accepted the car trade-in amount offered and didn’t haggle their vehicle asking price. The salesman stated the online price was not correct, but they would honor the price I saw. Later that evening, I saw they changed the price on their website to reflect the new price ($670 increase ). Anyway, upon being asked if I wanted the car I declared, “yes indeed”. And with checkbook in hand, I asked the salesman how much he would like me to write the deposit for? “$500” he exclaimed. Done. I’m then asked to kindly sign various documents; to which I oblige. We had agreed a week should be enough time for me to secure financing etc. But, it’s a 14-years-old vehicle, so I told him if I couldn’t secure financing, I would pay cash and left the dealership. 20 minutes later, I received a call from management. The individual starts by telling me that he just got out of a meeting, and wasn’t there for my transaction. He goes on to say I can’t take a week to handle my affairs, the salesman made a mistake. He states that he can’t keep the car on the lot for that long as it’s in high demand, hot and going to sell fast. To which I respond, what do you mean sell fast? Is it still for sale? Is it not mine? No answer, just repeats that I can’t take a week. I then ask if he was aware that I had put down a deposit and signed all the paperwork asked of me to secure the car, to which he said yes he knew. I told him I would do my best to expedite the process, but if not a week, how long do I have? To which he elusively replied again, that I couldn’t take a week. Lexus of Warwick made it clear they were not going to honor what the salesman told me. Moving right along. I eventually spoke with said salesman (who has worked at that location 10 plus years). I asked him what was going on? He said he was aware I was called, but not sure why they wouldn’t give me a week. He stated that it was not uncommon to give someone a week. I then said with all the conflicting information, how long do I have to handle my affairs? And his response was in the form of a question as to whether I wanted the car or not. So, I said no I did not, and arranged to pick up the deposit check that evening. He stated he completely understood why I walked away, had no say in the matter and apologized for the unfortunate turn of events. Although a highly unprofessional move, maybe they didn't mind if I walked away, maybe even encouraged it. Then, they could get the full price from someone else for their "hot" car, rather than honor the price they gave me.
