Had bank 1 code pop up on my car took it in because I

Had bank 1 code pop up on my car took it in because I have a zero emissions warranty on it and for four days they could not find out what wrong. So the service tech tells me after I had to call him that they want replace the crossmember pipe leading directly behind the catalytic converters. Told me it would cost $1900 and wasn't guaranteed to fix it. If that did not work then they replaced the catalytic converter. I asked if any of this would be covered under my emissions warranty and and he paused as of he did not know what I was talking about. Put me on hold for a few minutes then comes back and says no it would not be covered. It covered my other issue when it was my bank 2 catalytic converter but it won't cover my bank 1? I have a 15 year 150k emissions warranty and I am under the mileage and year (2012 Impala).

2018 Chevy malibu

Had my 2018 malibu towed in. Paid the $350 diagnostic fee and was told a couple days later that my brake vacuum pump broke and might have messed up my engine. Gave the ok to look into it and the broken pump messed with the cam shaft. Service manager told me in order to fix everything I would be looking at a 5k bill. Instead I had it put back, paid the 1,600 that I owed, and towed it back home. Put 5 hours into it myself with my dad and got it running better than before.

YOYO SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE

FIRST OF ALL BUYERS BEWARE. YOYO SCAM. GOOGLE THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOYO SCAM MEANS. I bought a vehicle from Giant Chevy in Visalia and put down 2k. Deal was done and they secured financing. So they said. After 10 days and about 3 weeks later they called me and told me I need 5K or maybe 8k down to keep the car. I refused because they said I had a lender already. They told me I need more money or I need to bring the car back or they will call the police and have me arrested. The car was already registered in my name, so the police department when I called them said they can't do that because it's would be a false police report and a civil matter. The finance guy Justin kept harassing me and threatening me with the police. I was tired of being threatened and brought the car back because I was able to buy a truck at a different dealership. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU.

Since you were unable to provide the sufficient documentation required by the finance company and your initial down payment offer changed, we had to try and find another lender for you. Since we were unsuccessful, we notified you immediately to let you know that we needed the vehicle returned. This did not occur in a timely manner, so we followed up several times over the course of multiple days. New purchase experience was Amazing!

Took forever!

I took my car about a week ago for a oil change and to see why my check engine light was on. I made an appointment. I took my car at 7:15am. I never got a call for an update. I called at 3 they told me my car had not been looked at yet. My next call at almost the end of day told me the issue for my car but they didn?t have the part they had to order it. So I went without my car all day for them to tell me that. Now a week later I take my car in for the part they ordered and again no call. I call at 5pm for a update. For them to tell me they could not get to it today and it would be done tomorrow. I told them I have to have my car back asap tomorrow because I have to go to work. I understand things happen but this is just annoying.

By far the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Justin Annett in internet sales and Sal Morales in finance were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, honest, and all together provided me with the best customer service I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. 10 out of 10.

Would not rotate my tires?

For years I have been taking my truck to Chevy dealer to be maintenanced and repaired. I took my truck in for a routine check up / oil change / tire rotation, they call me to pick it up, and then told me they don't do tire rotations anymore? I could not get any explanation on when this policy change happened as they did not tell me that when I made the appt. I feel like they did not want to mess with it and were in a hurry to get off the phone. I spent 2,000 for my tires, and if they will not rotate them, then I have to find a place that will. It's a shame. I like doing business with the dealers. They have been good over the years. But this if they discontinue the tire rotation service, then it's been nice.
