    I live 2.5 hours away - they gave me a fabulous loaner to use while they checked out my issue. The fixed it with no fuss and then let me come back to... switch cars when it was convenient! Guy in the service department was fabulous!

    My 2018 RDX have been having quality issue one after another. The latest was dead key batteries. Gillman had refused to acknowledge quality issue and changed... me $9. This is the first time I have to replaced key batteries for the 10 cars we have owned.

    I was extremely pleased with the purchase a used vehicle for my daughter from Gillman Acura. My sales rep was Crysta Pickett and she made the process... very painless and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately a couple days after we brought the car home something catastrophic happened to the engine and I reached out to Crysta and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. I immediately got a call from the Sales Manager, Greg. He said that they were going to tow the car down to there dealership and check it out. He called me a day or so later and said that the engine was destroyed. He said that even though I bought the car "as-is" that the car should not have died within two days of bringing it home and that the dealership was going to take care of it! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that they were stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the entire process and even though the used vehicle had serious problems shortly after bringing it home the dealership took care of it with no qualms whatsoever. This is the way a business should treat its customers. I will not go anywhere else again.

    Erick Civallero was a great Sales Associate. I was very good at talking about the features of the car and actually answered our questions. If he did not... know, he would find out and let us know. Eduardo Perez was our Sales Manager and he was also very easy to work with. They were personable and knowledgeable. We bought a 2020 Acura RDX. It has a lot of new features for a great price. The finance department was also helpful. We were there on a busy day and they were very accommodating.

    My experience prior to going to the dealership was done by phone (reside in Baton Rouge, LA/dealership is in Houston, TX). The first sales consultant... (Logen) was initially helpful (sent photos/videos) of the vehicle, confirmed that there were no scratches/pet-free/etc. He made a good effort in negotiating, but an acceptable agreement wasn't reached. After further thought, we decided to go through with it. Logen was not available (for whatever reason), so got in touch with April, who was able to bag the deal. She was pleasant and easy to work with. Once we arrived on 8/16/19, we discovered that the vehicle was severely scratched on the drivers side and asked what would be done about it (especially after the first sales consultant advised that the vehicle had not scratches). We were told that "concessions" had already been made on the price and seemingly not resolve. In attempt to save the sale, April spoke to a manager and was able to have the vehicle taken to the back and scratches buffed out. The problem I have is that it was "certified" and scratched. I know it's not a new car, but it's also just not a plain pre-owned vehicle. Being certified comes with it being multi-point inspected and extra $$$ pricetag. So to make sure that it's reconditioned to new (as possible) should be important. I think its a poor representation of a "reputable" dealership and this should've been done ahead of our arrival. April truly saved the day. I would recommend Gillman only because of April. We asked for the manager because of the inconvenience. Her manager Faithe came out and was very curt, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and lacks the soft skills necessary to speak to a customer ever. We were made to feel almost as if we were beneath him and that our business was nothing to him. We were able to control the situation but his attitude may not go over with the wrong customer.

    Wednesday, I had the pleasure, and it was a pleasure, to work with your service representative, Ronald L Mascardo.  I contacted him Monday to schedule... a replacement windshields and two recall notices. When I arrived at the dealership, an hour early, Ron came out to greet me before I had even parked!  He is one of the most professional individuals I have worked with in any organization. While we are a couple of years away from replacing our car, it is people like Ron that will have us coming back to Gillian.  He really took the stress out of what had become a very stressful time. THANKS!

    Run!! Run as fast as you can!! They will sell you a bunk a** car, then tell you nothing is wrong with it! I bought a used Acura from them. The Acura has... a bad transmission, bad tires, that's just the start of it. The transmission is under "warranty" but yet they are to lazy to fix it. Do not take your car to the service people if you are a woman! They will say anything to make you feel stupid. I pointed out 2 issues that I know for a fact are wrong with the car. You want to know the answer I got back. "Are you sure you know what your talking about, I don't think you know. These are advanced cars". We had heavy rain 2 weeks ago. The car sat and wasn't driven at all for 2 days during the heavy rain. We went outside to start it up. At least 2 gallons of water spilled out of my tailpipe. I called the service department to let them know we are having yet another issue with the car that we haven't even made our first payment on. The service guy called me a liar and said I was making it up. That there is nothing wrong with the car and I need to just shut up about it. So we called another Gillman dealership. They said there is something seriously wrong with that car. Do not drive it and I will have a tow truck come pick it up. I asked if I could get a away to bring it to them to avoid their tow fee. He said. "Don't worry, it will be covered under the warranty". They have had the car for almost a week. They said they won't touch the car until they speak with the service department that we bought the car from. Keep in mind that they are talking to the same people that told me I'm stupid and to just shut up about the car. Now all of a sudden they can't find anything wrong with the car. But they have had it for almost a week. Denied me a loaner car so I can work while they have the car. If we wanted a update on the car. We are having to call several times before anyone would talk to us. We called yesterday about it and happend to speak to someone else. He didn't even know why the car was in the shop. He couldn't find any notes on it or couldn't tell me it has even been looked at! But the other guy just keeps telling us there is nothing wrong with the car. I have asked several times to just trade out for another car. Several times before we even hit the 30 day mark. When we went to the dealership. They wouldn't even let me walk inside!!! They would meet me outside and just tell me to go away. "You bought the car now it's your problem". Now I'm having to pay a $139 tow fee to even get access to the car. Plus I'm going to have to fix the car at my expense. They refuse to give me the "warranty" info so I can go somewhere else to get it fixed. There is absolutely no accountability at any of the Gillman dealerships. They only care about the money. Not about you as a customer. All you are is a walking dollar sign to these people. Take you hard earned money elsewhere. Don't let yourself be fooled by these idiots like I did. Take my warning and save yourselves the stress and all the extra money.

    Leaving the building and deciding not to deal with this dealership ever again, best decision for 2019. The experience was the worst I have ever experienced... and I have had the pleasure to purchase over 10 new vehicles, 5 of the 10 from Honda.

    The experience was great! Everyone did what they said they would do. Rick Mitchell in particular was very responsive to any question I might have had and... has followed up at least twice since we left the dealership. We really like our new car.

    The staff at the dealership were very nice, pleasant and professional. Very clean establishment with a lounge area for customers. Plus they were open and... accommodating on Christmas Eve!
