Shopping for used Toyota Highlander. Michael S was very nice to work with. Friendly, genuine, no pressure, no games. If he didn't know answer to something, he said so. Provided good info about vehicle. Said price listed was as low as they can go. Always wonder a little about that, but turns out vehicle was probably fairly priced (it did sell a day or two later). Ended up getting newer model elsewhere, but would not hesitate to check out these guys again in the future.

We know you, and others, have done their research. Our prices are based on the age in inventory, condition and equipment, and market demand. Our negotiation-free process is fair and transparent. I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
Not worth your time
Don't waste your time! This particular dealership won't negotiate and the salesman won't work hard for your business. They should change their name to CARMAX! After being told they no longer negotiate their prices, I phoned in a cash offer for their exact asking price. I do not live in the area and I conduct most of my business over the phone. However, rather than the hold the car for me right when I called, they allowed other customers to test drive the vehicle and I lost out. I wouldn't waste my time in the future with this dealership. There are plenty of other dealers out there that will still negotiate and work hard for your business. In the meantime, I'll take my $70K elsewhere....

Do not use this dealership
I had a fantastic salesman but when he left everything fell apart. No one there answers their voicemail. The level of service was terrible. You literally have to threaten to go to Cadillac and complain to get services promised to you to happen. A simple oil change takes 2 hours... enough said.

Overpriced not fixing what you ask for
They charge me almost 19 hundred dollars for something that I did not ask for they said my vehicle had this problem from de diferencial and when I pick up my vehicle same issue and they said what it was repair its fine they point is that they issue that I ask to be repaired it beber was went to a different shop and they found out the issue since the first instance was my transfer case that was bad now I have to paid this extra repair thanks for nothing

Bergstrom Personnel - Second To None
I recently purchased a Cadillac XTS from Bergstrom of Madison. My decision to purchase from Bergstrom was primarily a consequence of two factors: (1) the unparalleled quality of Bergstrom service that I received during the past five years with my Cadillac CTS-4, and (2) Josh Thiermann approaching me as I wandered around looking at newer Cadillacs as mine was being serviced. When I speak of Bergstrom "service", for me it begins and ends with Demetrius Salinas. Demetrius was my technician in most instances when I visited the dealership for routine maintenance (oil and filter changes, etc.) and on those few occasions when I had need for repair service (purchase of a new battery, etc.). On some occasions other service staff worked with me, and each of them did and exceptional job as well, but as fate would have it, Demetrius was my service technician for probably seventy-five percent of my service visits. He is very knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand, and he addressed and resolved satisfactorily every request or question that I submitted to him regarding my CTS-4. As I proceed with my XTS, I'm confident that Demetrius will continue in the same manner of working with me as he has in the past. With regard to Josh Thiermann, I had no intention of trading in my CTS-4 and purchasing an XTS. I just wanted to walk around the car lots and see the newer models of Cadillac, while waiting on service. Josh was very friendly and he answered every question that I had about cars. Although I informed Josh that I was not looking to purchase a vehicle, and that I was just waiting on the completion of service to my vehicle, he still was kind enough to walk me around the lot and show me car after car, and answer all of my questions regarding the cars. As fate would have it, I saw the XTS that I ultimately purchased and Josh made the transaction occur. His knowledge about the cars was incredible, his responsiveness to my likes and dislikes was honored without attempting to persuade me to change my point of view, and once I finally decided to make an offer on a vehicle, I truly felt that Josh was my advocate in the transaction. Without Josh doing the things that he did, I seriously doubt that my transaction would have occurred In closing, I'm a content Bergstrom repeat customer, and that is a consequence of the quality of their cars, and the services that I received from Demetrius and Josh, two fantastic employees of Bergstrom.

I was expecting a lot more from a Bergstrom dealership. I contacted the Madison location on a Tuesday night via email to inquire about a vehicle listed on cars.com with limited info and no pictures. The location is about 1.5 hours from me so I wanted to see it before making the drive. I received a couple automated messages that I replied to, but received nothing back. Jim, the salesman who was the one I was "receiving" the emails from, contacted me by phone, and agreed to send me pictures and info right away. The next day I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed him know that I needed the info, because I was planning on driving there on my way back from a business trip. I heard nothing back, until a guest services rep emailed me that night. I emailed him what had happened, and received nothing back again. The following Tuesday I emailed Jim again to let him know how frustrated I was. Jim randomly called me later that day to see if I had gotten the information and to see if I wanted to stop out. I basically told him I hadn't gotten any information, I wanted to stop out the previous Thursday, and I was really frustrated by their email communication system. The fact that no pictures had been added to the listing really made me question what was going on behind the scenes. He seemed to blow off what I was saying, then said he would work on getting me the info, and then basically hung up on me. Over two days later and still nothing. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I would first like to say I drove 3 hours round drip twice to deal with Bergstrom Cadillac and will time and time again. I was dealing with a dealership locally that just didn't have the feeling that I get every time I step into Bergstrom. I realize that I can get the same car at any Cadillac dealer nation wide which speaks volumes for Bergstrom. I come to Bergstrom not primarily for the vehicle but the unrivaled service I get from each and every team member in that building. I can't say enough about Scott Thompson Sales Specialist and Michael Kennedy Sales Manager. These two are the most professional, efficient, accomadating and knowledgable men I've ever dealt with. When I deal with them it's actually like visiting family and I sometimes forget I'm in a dealership. The whole process was seamless and comfortable. At no time during the car leasing process did I ever feel any type of pressure or anxiety. I will recommend Bergstrom to all family and friends for years to come. Thank you Scott and Michael, you should be commended for your type notch service and have made a customer for life!!
