Never had a need to submit a negative review for an auto dealer but couldn't withhold this experience. I purchased a new atlas cross sport earlier this year and all went as expected & at that time told Scott (salesman) I was in the market to upgrade to a new Jetta & would be trading my 2017 Jetta, he found what I needed and was delivered to dealership this month, test drove & settled on a price and trade-in value & had the dollar amount of the difference. Also my granddaughter was in the market for a newer vehicle & talked her into buying new. So two new cars at one time, Friday as prearranged with Scott, went to pick both vehicles, Scott didn't show up, odd but whatever, new car manager Rob & another young man said they could handle... granddaughter's went okay, (no trade-in) other than her new car had couple nicks in it , was prepped and detailed for delivery, and dealership didn't notice?? Second "red flag"....then came me and was told trade-in value was devalued by $1000, even though I already had a printout of the "done deal". I'm sorry I don't work that way, a deal is a deal. I've tried contacting Scott several times, no response, which tells me he was a party to the deception. Sad that some auto dealers still need to resort to these methods. Needless to say left in the vehicle in which I arrived. Unfortunately not in the same condition in which it arrived, apparently during their "re-evaluation" trying whatever options supplied they did something with the sunroof for on the way home (40 miles) the wind noise was different, when I parked in garage the sunroof was misaligned & won't shut properly, at today's prices probably "$1,000" to fix, at another dealer. Definitely a one star dealer, totally because of personnel...oh the one star is for the coffee on hand. I'm sure this experience won't influence anyone...I could go on but I've wasted enough of your time and mine, bottom line is with absolutely no response from sales, must be right on.

Am I still here?
I decided on a used car, but there was a front end noise that I asked them to check. The salesman said that he heard it too, so he sent down to be checked out. I got my financing in order and waited. There was a short delay due to the weather. In that time they sold the car to someone else. After 15 years of VW's, I think they could have checked with me. Perhaps I have disappeared.

Stay away from them
They don't know how to fix a car, and they will charge you a ton of money when the car is not fixed (not sure if they made even more damage, which is also possible). They took a week to replace a spark plug and an injector, only to say that was not the real problem. If the technician does not know there's something with the cylinder when s/he plugged out the spark plug, you can tell how inexperienced the person is. And they insisted that they followed the official procedure of VW, which, if I believe them, means that VW does not have an appropriate guideline for fixing a car.

bad service
Service department, bad experience! I've been driving for the last hour without windshield wipers working to my Touareg. Stopped by, asked them to help me, I have kids and wife with me, all they had to do is check the fuse panels. But they didn't. Said that it's more than a fuse, how would they know if they didn't even checked it??? Other local shop helped out.

Shopping for Used
Was in the Market for a used VW. Customer service was great, very informative and not pushy at all. Although I did not buy a used vehicle from this lot, I did purchase from a different Zimbrick location. Kudos to Zimbrick, great overall experience!

Good experience, but no sale
Shopped for a used vehicle through this dealer recently. The dealership was flexible to my test-drive and inspection requests. We were unable to agree on a price, but I would have no problem working with them again.

Outstanding customer relations.
