In the dealership world since when is it common practice to let someone walk out the door if they're paying cash. Said they don't haggle at all had to wait a total of 25 minutes for someone to even speak to me will never return and will tell everybody to stay away.

I was ready to purchase, cash in hand and never heard a word back from my inquiry. Totally worthless customer service and apparently not interested in closing cash deals. Good luck rookies!

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.

Straight forward, not pushy, and very efficient with the service. The no haggle pricing worked for me as I had a cash purchase. Sales guy Michael was to the point and didn't try to upsell.

I never got a call back!Just as well my credit score is too low, but I have been trying to correct my short comings.Still no one want to give a second chance.I pray I get a call from a dealer that has problems with the HVAC.Tables will turn.

Mr. Michael Kay has been nothing but a gracious salesman and worked with us every step of the way. Issues with my bank arose and but with Mr. Michael Kay’s help, I was still able to leave the same day with my truck! Couldn’t have been more blessed!
