I had a great experience leasing a new 2025 Kia Telluride

I had a great experience leasing a new 2025 Kia Telluride with Michael Krumm. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and asked for a quick, no-hassle process. Michael was responsive, professional, and personable throughout. He respected my time and needs, kept the process moving, and didn’t push any unnecessary sales pitches. I appreciated that he made everything feel smooth and low-pressure. I’ve had less-than-great experiences at this dealership in the past, but this time was genuinely pleasant thanks to Michael. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, and left with exactly the vehicle I wanted—no stress, no haggling. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a straightforward and respectful car leasing experience.

This dealership is the best, I went to Janesville Kia and the salesman didn’t know hardly anything about the Kia K5 and wasn’t honest about the price. If you want honest people, you need to go to Russ Darrow Kia of Madison, they have great knowledge, are willing to give you the best deal possible and when you leave, you will be very happy.

They’re nice and helpful.

They’re nice and helpful. However, this is the classic bait and switch where they add packages to the cars they say are “optional” but when it comes time to buy, they already added it to the car so they can’t remove it. As well, they will not honor their national promotions if it doesn’t work in their favor. Just watch the numbers rise from the pricing on the site.

I use the dealership out of convenience, but they are

I use the dealership out of convenience, but they are inconsistent with quality of service. For example, I had my engine coolant flushed and they refilled it below the minimum line and did not fix it when I called to let them know.
