Horrible service

Was not very tasteful, I was told I needed a new radiator, and condenser. I was told both were broken. I knew I didn’t have a leak, I went and got a second opinion, and my radiator is in tip top shape. Which leads me to believe I was lied to! ITS WAS NOT MR HIGHTOWERS fault, that’s what he was told. I wa stole the total was going to be 3500-3800 dollars and I was told while the truck was going to be fixed, I would NOT be given a loaner, which is RIDICULOUS, car being gone for a day or two, and I have a business to run, this is the second chance that I’ve given freedom, and I refuse to do it again, I gave it a shot. There are NEVER any loaners available, you guys should not offer that service if you can’t accommodate. Also asked them to check out my plug under the dash for power outlet, they left my truck unassemble, Which was done before, it appears after I said I was not going to get a repair, all hands were off. Horrible

Great service

The way Manny kept me informed over I like the way my car was taken care of. The people was very friendly and was will to help me with any questions I had.

Great Service

This is my first time servicing my car through Freedom and Emmanuel helped me out with all the questions i had and explained everything so detailed. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need to service their car.

Manny at Freedom Chevrolet

Manny was spectacular. See him for any vehicle needs. My vehicle was in and out and fixed right the first time. My advisor kept me informed through the whole process.

The service was good and the Mgr was welcoming.

The young lady who greeted me when I pulled up, kept me informed of the progress of my truck was very professional and polite.

Great Service

I like that my concierge Chris Hightower was there to help me and advise me on my vehicle repairs. Chris has been my concierge for over ten years. Thank you Chris. I didn't know that I had points on my account and the lady went to look up my account. With the amount of points I had I was able to bring dowm my cost of getting my vehicle fixed.
