I found the car and trim i wanted at Benards.

I found the car and trim i wanted at Benards...was pre-approved and got there at closing time. They were great They stayed open (I called ahead) and was in and out in less than an hour! Parker had the car cleaned up and pulled up ahead of time. Making my trip from the west side of the cities worth it!

After leaving the business, I've purchased two vehicles, both from Bernards. When someone asks me for help when seeking a new car, I always send them to the same place. Why? Because Bernards does business the right way! Thank you, Fleets, Jay, Nick, Mike, and everyone at Bernards for stepping up and doing the right thing after my warranty company would not. Now I have another story to tell when asked where someone should purchase their next vehicle!

Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission

Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission issue, which was determined to be a failure requiring a replacement transmission under warranty. While we were disappointed with the news, they were thorough in their customer service at the beginning, middle, and end of the process which took about three weeks to source parts and complete the work. A complementary loaner was provided. We purchased the Jeep there in 2019 and with this issue they took care of, and other visits there, I have confidence in their abilities and their genuine interest in doing all that is possible to ensure their customers return whether for maintenance or for a new/used vehicle when the time comes. Shout out to Adam in service for keeping us informed of the progress while our Jeep was being repaired. Bill B, Chippewa Falls, WI

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new challenger from Bernard's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had! I was led there by God and it was definitely the right atmosphere for me to feel safe and secure in making a purchase from people who truly care about others. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My sales representative, Chase Paulson, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. All members of the staff patiently went through various options and made helpful suggestions without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The dealership had a fantastic selection of vehicles at competitive prices. I was able to test drive my car by myself and I never felt rushed; the staff encouraged me to take my time and choose what felt right for me. Finally, the financing and delivery process was a breeze, and I left the dealership feeling excited about my new car! They even followed up a few days later to ensure I was happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I might have had. Mind blowing!

Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Sales people like Chase add personal touches for their customers. I have never met a person there I haven’t liked. They truly want to help you out any way possible. Third care for our family and it’s the same service everytime! Great job guys.

Best customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep wrangler for my fiancé at Bernard, all the staff there were so respectful and nice. Mark flatten gave us great tips and advise for our newly purchase vehicle. The amount of trust and faith in his customers are above and beyond our expectations. He helped us understand what it is we are buying and very knowledgeable. We feel like we were a part of a family and treated as such. Everyone was very welcoming and we feel like we were taken care of by a family member.
