Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission
Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission issue, which was determined to be a failure requiring a replacement transmission under warranty. While we were disappointed with the news, they were thorough in their customer service at the beginning, middle, and end of the process which took about three weeks to source parts and complete the work. A complementary loaner was provided. We purchased the Jeep there in 2019 and with this issue they took care of, and other visits there, I have confidence in their abilities and their genuine interest in doing all that is possible to ensure their customers return whether for maintenance or for a new/used vehicle when the time comes. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new challenger from Bernard's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had! I was led there by God and it was definitely the right atmosphere for me to feel safe and secure in making a purchase from people who truly care about others. All members of the staff patiently went through various options and made helpful suggestions without any pressure, which I really appreciated. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep wrangler for my fiancé at Bernard, all the staff there were so respectful and nice. Even though I didn’t buy my truck through Bernard’s (ended up finding my truck on east coast), it was not possible without Chase’s help and guidance. For that, Chase has a customer and recommendation for life. I would not hesitate to recommend Chase for any friends, family or my kids in the future. Everything you’d want in a car salesman: no pressure, gave me the keys to test drive a truck as long as I wanted to, answered every question I had (like 2 hours’ worth), and searched the computer system for the “unicorn truck” I was looking for. He even worked with the used car manager to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off on the east coast (from non-affiliated dealer). At no time did I feel like I was being “handled” or rushed like lots of other dealers and dealerships do. My Dad, the most anti-dealership guy was impressed beyond words if you know how hard those people are to impress! Chase is also has a young family, so if you cant get ahold of him right away, its worth the wait! Thanks for such a positive experience Chase Paulson!

From our initial meet out front of the dealership, where Brendan had the car cleaned up and ready for review, to the closing of the deal, Brendan and all the staff were professional, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. The vibe during our entire visit was relaxed, non-pushy, and actually... fun. Honest interactions and great attention to detail with Brendan resulted in what we felt was a fair deal for everybody. We showed up with our daughter who was buying her first used car, but one would of believed we were there to pick up a new Ram truck, given the focus and attention paid to us. Matthew Fell, Bernard's Ram Business Manager was able to beat our pre-approved interest rate and got us into a better loan. Am I being cheated?
They gave me a loaner while they worked on my car. The loaner had a crack windshield when I received it. When I turned it in the employee checked it in as the same as when they loaned it to me. Now they are asking about the cracked windshield. What can I do? They are trying to make a customer responsible for something they did, the customer didn't do.

I believe we have tried to reach you several time to no avail. The loaner process involved a pre-delivery inspection and then re-inspection upon return. The vehicle you had for the four days was returned after hours drop off and upon inspection that next day the windshield was recognized. I can assure you that in no way are we looking to "cheat" anyone, but fact finding does need to happen. We would certainly like to work this out with you but that will require joint communication.
