I found the car and trim i wanted at Benards...was pre-approved and got there at closing time. They were great They stayed open (I called ahead) and was in and out in less than an hour! Parker had the car cleaned up and pulled up ahead of time. Making my trip from the west side of the cities worth it!

Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission issue, which was determined to be a failure requiring a replacement transmission under warranty. While we were disappointed with the news, they were thorough in their customer service at the beginning, middle, and end of the process which took about three weeks to source parts and complete the work. A complementary loaner was provided. We purchased the Jeep there in 2019 and with this issue they took care of, and other visits there, I have confidence in their abilities and their genuine interest in doing all that is possible to ensure their customers return whether for maintenance or for a new/used vehicle when the time comes. Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Sales people like Chase add personal touches for their customers. I have never met a person there I haven’t liked. They truly want to help you out any way possible.
