The Service Consultant, Matt Geisser, was very courteous and pursued a problem that was addressed after the car was sent into the shop area. The problem was identified and corrected saving a second trip to the dealership.

Excellent client service, A+ Experience!
My experience at Valencia Mercedes was absolutely excellent! My salesmen William showed excellent client service, excellent knowledge of the vehicles, excellent professionalism and excellent energy. William was not pushy but rather he treated me like I was his own family member. William explained in detail the prices and he worked with me very efficiently. I would like to tell the General Manager of Mercedes of Valencia that I have good friends that work for Keyes Mercedes and Calabasas Mercedes that were begging me to lease from them but I choose to purchase my vehicle and give my hard earned money to Valencia Mercedes simply because I know William will take care of me! William is very professional, very polite, very human orientated and I can tell he genuinely loves when his clients are happy which in my opinion separates him from the rest. He is a star in the car game in my opinion and I can see him running a dealership one day as a GM.

2011 Mercedes ML-350
I have wanted a Mercedes SUV for so long. They made my experience so easy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. William was amazing. He isn't your typical cars salesmen. Carlos was very helpful and explained the paperwork thoroughly.

Great service
My service advisor was so nice. I had break problem since i bought the car and visit your service but no other service advisor was trying to help me. But finally he helps me to fix it with no cost. I am really appriciate his help. I was planning to get GL class soon but was not going to buy from your dealership due to bad experience but i changed my mind with his help.

Fantastic experience!
Jason Kosova was a true pleasure to deal with. The experience was more like buying a Ferrari rather than a Mercedes. He was passionate about all the AMG items and performance on the car in a way only a true car guy could.
