Great experience, no pressure.

Atmosphere was great. No pressure environment, friendly staff. We decided on a purchase during our visit and couldn't be happier. Mark Pearlman was exceptionally helpful in showing us vehicles that were available and got us through the purchase process without any problems. He is a very good representative for Mercedes of Valencia.

Thank u Hanibal, you're the best! Received above and beyond service to get the exact car I wanted while he continued to update and follow up on an ongoing basis. His knowledge, patience, attitude, energy, and leadership skills exhibits the characteristics of an exemplary employee.
