Sale manager was short, rude, and used the typical tactics of "sorry we can't do anything", and even went on to say they would rather sell the vehicle to someone else.

The dealer rep told me exactly what I needed to have done
The dealer rep told me exactly what I needed to have done to my car. Also he told me that I had a policy that covered a lot of normal inspections for the next 3 years. So he helped me realize savings in my future.
