Update - Sierra STARTER FAILED AGAIN after 24 months and 21,000! This makes three starters in under 50K miles. However this time it's not under warranty. Spoke with the service manager and they would not stand behind the part or offer any warranty on the previous repair. Instead they offered a $60 discount on the repair. So instead of over $800 the repair cost was $751.00. $342 for the part $413 in labor plus tax. On the positive side, they were able to repair it and return it that day. Thought I'd found one of the few good dealerships. Guess I need to keep looking. Came back and bought a 2014 Cruze for my daughter. Her first car. Not a great experience! When we came to pick it up at the scheduled time, it was out on a test drive because it couldn't pass inspection because of electrical issues it was having. Seems getting it inspected and ready for delivery was an afterthought. Instead of calling us to reschedule, we sat for over an hour while they worked through the issues. They offered to release it to us with a dealer tag so that we could take it home uninspected and come back the next day. I politely declined the offer to let my teenage daughter drive home in an uninspected vehicle. It was delivered that day just before the dealership closed and the remaining process felt very rushed. So incredibly different from my experience purchasing my Sierra. Update- the starter failed under warranty. Chuck got me right in and repaired faster than I would have thought possible. They had me back on the road next day! Saved my weekend! Their "iservice" is amazing! Great communication channel! Another great experience! Purchased a truck from Depaula last month. Worked with Randy and Tyler . Very fair price on truck and trade. Sales process was free of the usual... experiences... you get from most car dealers. They communicated great through the whole process. Phone calls, texts and emails were returned quickly! Pleasant and hassle free. One of a few times I have left a dealer feeling good about the vehicle AND the sales experience. They'll be my first stop when it's time to buy again!

No longer trust them, Contract wrong , wrong truck price didn't get reduced price as advertised, didn't get the right trade in price after it was negotiated , totally different on contract , pushed papers to sign without going over them but my fault I should have read what I was signing but I trusted them , no longer . is it the dealership or the people working for the dealership,

No longer trust them , Check your contracts ,I didn't get the reduced price on my new truck or the right trade in value that was negotiated prior to buying truck , my mistake was not looking at contract prior to signing but they where quickly shoving the papers for me to sign ,again I should have stopped and read them but I just wanted things done , again a mistake , terrible , not my go to dealership anymore . I called and was told papers where signed and nothing more that I could do , bad people now to deal with ,when once I trusted them .

They took only for diagnostics 1808, they steal money like a sucker, I don't advise anyone to a terrible dealership, they took money off, they didn't fix the car, only Diagnostics just pays so much, the result is zero Purely robbery

I had a 7:30 appointment for an “express “ oil change.
I had a 7:30 appointment for an “express “ oil change. I was told less than an hour. I left at 11:20. 8 people that came in after me left before. I was told when almost done that the mechanics showed up 2 hours late. Unacceptable
