Our sales man was extremely knowledgeable.

Our sales man was extremely knowledgeable. Kept it real and on point. He also did a GREAT job writing every thing out and explaining in detail. I walked out of the showroom feeling confident that I could make an informed decision. He patiently answered all of our questions as if we were the only people scheduled for the day. I highly recommend this sales rep and I will absolutely look for him in the future.

I just bought a 2025 Chevy Equinox and I couldn’t be

I just bought a 2025 Chevy Equinox and I couldn’t be happier. Damien DeDonatis was so helpful. Damien answered all my questions, and made the process of buying my new car easy and stress free. Steve their tech guy was also awesome. He showed me all of the cars features and was super knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at depaula, and on the purchase of my new car.

Came in with my truck for oil change and tire rotation

Came in with my truck for oil change and tire rotation plus a few other items of concern and as always was treated as a very valued customer! More like family! Traci Perrigo really goes out of her way to get you the results you expect from a dealership especially when you are a return customer for many years! Keith Manson is top notch probably most reliable and trustworthy tech I?ve seen in a long time and Rick Medico top notch advisor! That is the 1-2-3 combo any dealership would envy! As always DePaula Chevrolet makes you feel valued and fully explains the things going on with your vehicle and really makes you feel appreciated and valued not only as a customer but as a friend and family member!

We purchased two vehicles from Damien and from the moment

We purchased two vehicles from Damien and from the moment we spoke he was thorough, honest and extremely helpful. Without Damien and the crew at DePaula, We wouldn’t have gotten our dream cars and we can’t thank Damien enough for all his Hard work. I will never use another salesman.

I was treated so bad by the manager and service writer

I was treated so bad by the manager and service writer they talked to me like I was stupid and just rude to me. I may not know lot about cars but that doesn't mean speak to me in such away it was so bad and embarrassing I took my car and left. I really don't understand why I was treated the way that I was I just know I will never return or recommend any women of color too either.

Worst experience ever , Sarah Dallas sales rep is

Worst experience ever , Sarah Dallas sales rep is completely clueless I think she needs to go back to waitressing doesn’t know anything about cars and is a horrible representation to this companies name. Was sold a new car that’s a lemon and got totally taken advantage of. Staffs is beyond rude , and completely clueless. My advice go to another dealership and stay away from these snakes.

In 40 years of buying cars, I have never had a better

In 40 years of buying cars, I have never had a better experience than what I got at the Depaula Chevrolet . My experience with Damien DeDonatis was exceptional , Unlike salesman I have experienced in the past where they start the process, then pass you along to different Apartments along the way, Damien Took care of all of my needs from start to end and made me feel like part of his family !! If you are looking for a completely stress-free car buying experience I would highly recommend this incredible salesman Damien DeDonatis and DePaula Chevrolet for your next purchase !!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Damien,

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Damien, we walked into the dealership yesterday and told him right away that we didn't expect to be able to make a deal happen but we wanted to try and he took it as a challenge and we ended up taking home our new (to us) Ford Ranger today. He worked hard to get us a deal that would work for our budget and made sure we were 100 happy with what he was able to offer. No salesman talk or pressure to buy, just made sure we were getting what we wanted at a price we could afford. As you can see in the photos we literally got the velvet rope treatment. Hopefully it will be quite a while before we need another vehicle but when the time comes we will be coming back to Depaula first.
