We returned to Depaula because our lease was up and wanted to see what our options were, so we were placed with Younas and he didn't stop until he found exactly what we were looking for. Otherwise we were probably gonna go else where.

5 stars plus for my man Damien..world class gentleman with great customer service. He got my father in law, my wife and I into our dream cars. Even though there were challenges along the way, he always pulled through for us. Can't thank him enough. Go see Damien "The Breadman" DeDonatis and of course, REMEMBER!

Younas Dawood sold us our car at Depaula Chevy in Albany NY. I usually don't write reviews but felt it necessary due to the excellent experience I had. He made the buying experience easy which is usually not the case when buying vehicles. He was honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly not a "pushy" salesman. Got hit on Christmas Eve brought my Silverado to DePaula body work was good but wanted oil and inspection done. Was not so got into service and told them oil and inspection came back only inspection done. Over four hours for oil change inspection that was screwed up twice. Not happy after paying them over 2000.00 for small dent in door. Service needs improvement!

Wife and i got a couple new vehicles from DePaula today. Johnny O was our salesperson and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve already recommended him to a friend that is looking for a new truck. The whole experience was pressure free unlike most dealerships. He got us more than we wanted on our trades and we rolled out with 100k in new vehicles.
