Bought 2 cars today

My husband has bought a truck at Depaula prior to this so when I was looking for a new vehicle I came in to see what they had. I was set up with my salesperson Anthony Gallo when I came in. I saw the equinox because my husband bought one and liked the look of it. We both loved Anthony and he was very patient with us, stayed relaxed, and he exceeded all of my expectations, he was higher than the highest scale you have. I went to another Chevy dealership first and was thoroughly unimpressed so I am happy we ended up coming here. We then worked with Dom Carrero in financing, he is very quick, efficient, showed us all of our options and helped us with a protection plan that made but push me on it. He is very direct and is definitely an asset. we are very pleased

fourth car from Depaula and Dan Pakatar

I am a returning customer of Dan Pakatar, and Depaula Chevrolet so when I was thinking of a new car I came back here. He helped me completely. I had no idea what I wanted and he helped me from start to finish. He always sells me my vehicles and this is my fourth car. He is just awesome at everything. I then met with Dom Carrero in financing. He is quick, efficient, and made sure I understood all the ins and outs of financing as well as some choices I didnt know I could get. I will see you again on my fifth car!

THIRD TIME BUYER

This is my third car I bought at Depaula Chevrolet and I keep coming back!! I came in and was greeted by Mike Donadio, my salesperson. My experience with mike was great. He is a very funny person, and definitely a straight shooter. Didn't feel like I was being pressured and even though I knew what I was looking for he didn't try to upsell me. I felt very comfortable and happy with my experience. I then worked with Dom Carrero in financing, he showed me a great lease protection program. He was efficient at explaining everything in terms I can understand. I will be back for my fourth car, see you in 2 1/2 years!

Awesome Salesman Joe Fifield

My husband and I are up here from Tennessee for work and he had been searching for an extra vehicle. He spotted a 2013 Dodge Challenger at their dealership and decided to stop in and take a look. It was almost closing time, but Joe Fifield came out, talked to us and let us look at the vehicle. We went back the next morning, took it for a test drive, and started to work out a deal. Joe was not a pushy salesman...which we really appreciated after visiting several other dealers in the area! Working with him was smooth, quick and made our car purchase a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend others to Joe and this dealership. Everyone we encountered there was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Alvin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Alvin porter went above and beyond my expectations. I would happily refer Alvin's services to anyone. Originally we were shopping around and Alvin didnt want to lose us over the competitor so he offered us the best deal at the right price! Dominic C. in the business office was very polite. Dominic and i had a very brief conversation but it was all good. I can say im happy with the service at Depaula Chevrolet.

I originally saw the Camaro online and decided it was what I was looking for. Alex approached me in a professional manner and took care of my needs. From start to finish Alex was in touch with what I wanted. George Polino was remained a professional throughout the process with helping me finance with Depaula and not being too pushy.

Robert Blaau's new silverado

I have a mutual friend who has made a purchase with Chris miller before and that is how I was referred to his services. Chris Miller has been a pro from the beginning of the process until the end. Chris answered different questions I had on options of leasing versus buying a Silverado. Chris made sure to get me valid information, if he didn't have the answers he made sure to get to the right person who had them and I appreciate that. Dominic C. in finance was quick and efficient. There wasn't much of a deep dialogue but in the short time Dominic made sure to get everything I needed done. Overall I had a great experience with Chris Miller and Dominic C helping me out.

Jack Davis's gmc sierra 1500

The whole experience was low pressure. Tyler Foster laid out all the options for me. Tyler knew what he was talking about and gave me sincere advice and made it very personal and helpful. From there I knew I was making the right decision to buy from Depaula Chevrolet. Tyler Foster made it as easy as anyone could ask for. After working with Tyler F. I had the pleasure to work with Joe Celeone who is in the business office. Joe C. went to work on my behalf and get the best rate for my gmc. Joe really impressed me by getting me a superb rate and being a straightforward guy. This was a overall sensational experience at Depaula Chevrolet.

I knew what I wanted when I came in looking for a Silverado. I travel a lot and I originally was going to buy in NC but came back home to Albany NY. From there I worked with Denooyer and other local dealers who didn't want to work with me. When I came to Depaula Chevrolet Mike Donadio was able to get me the truck I wanted and was professional. The rate difference was amazing as well it was about $55 in monthly payment cheaper than I expected. George Polino was legit. George was good and straight to the point. George made sure to get me where I needed to be and was patient over the past month of negotiating.

Mike Cecchini was a phenomenal person to work with. Mike C was excellent from start to finish, originally we were going to look at a Mitsubishi but Mike convinced us to get a chevy traverse. The traverse met our needs and concerns. We spend a lot of time on the road and being able to be comfortable is key. So Mike C made that happen with the vehicle selection. Dominic was a great person to work with. Dominic was straightforward and took the time to explain the process and make sure we got what we wanted. Dominic took a transparent approach and even managed to get us the financing we wanted and saved us $15 in monthly payment! we are truly happy with the process.
