This comment should not reflect personally on the efforts of Mr. Martinez, but on the overall policies of Seattle BMW service. As a woman purchasing her own cars since the late '60's, I still have concerns about how any dealership treats its women customers.

Seattle BMW’S service center is very efficient from making appointments to being ready when I drop my car off. My car is tea when promised. They keep me advised along the way as to what they found and recommend upcoming service. Check out was very efficient.

Josh did a great job saving the cost of a brake job.

Josh did a great job saving the cost of a brake job. They recalibrated the brake indicator to reflect the true measurement of remaining brake life instead of just doing a complete brake job! Thank you for the honesty!
