Experience with BMW Seattle
When I called and let you know that my car wouldn't start the service person didn't hesitate to let me know to not worry that I could have the car towed there and you would get right on it. Even right before a holiday weekend. I have been taking my car to BMW for about 10 years and when I asked for a discount it was provided.

Great car buying experience

Our X3 was absolutely gorgeous and has everything we want. The staff were professional, kind, and respectful. Colin from Sales is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and worked with us to get a deal that was attractive and well within our budget. He knew everything about the vehicle and gave us the complete rundown. He got us all set up with the tech and gave us helpful and important tips. He is truly a genius and a great asset to BMW. While closing the deal, Andy from Finance was great and explained everything well. The facility looked fantastic and has an awesome customer waiting area with many amenities. Our car buying experience with BMW Seattle was the best from start to finish. We are confident that we will get the same experience with the BMW Seattle service team as well. drop off for repair of rims
easy drop off and pick up but would love to be able to reach the service dept easily, they never pick up the phone

Service department is excellent
Professional service. Fast. On time. Easy to schedule. Staff give accurate updates on progress and when to pick up. Lyft is quick and easy.
