A few years ago I leased an Acura MDX.
A few years ago I leased an Acura MDX. After 3 years I decided to keep it and financed it. The dealer offered me a lot of coverage and I accepted. With an amount of $6000 USD on my loan. After a few months I had a problem with my windshield and they told me that it was not covered by the insurance I bought. When I saw that it was not what they promised when they offered you the extra coverage, I decided to cancel all those extras. And it has been more than two months and they have not resolved anything about the refund and also the amount they are going to return to me is totally wrong. If they offer you to buy extras to insure your car, do not buy it! You will only get a headache. Look for other options.

Went to trade in our vehicles for a new MDX.
Went to trade in our vehicles for a new MDX. We were met immediately by Mark Gawerecki. Not only a very nice man, he’s very experienced and got us exactly what we wanted. Hope he’s still there for our next trade in. This is our 5th Acura and over the years if and when we need help, we always get results when we contact Judy Flynn. We were very happy to see her still there. It’s like having a good friend there that you know you can contact. Thanks to both Mark and Judy for making our leasing with Acura as pleasant as possible 👍

Don‘t waist your time.
Don‘t waist your time. TLDR They are not upfront and if the car is cheaper here it’s probably because there’s something wrong with it. CHECK EVERYTHING before buying. They won’t give you an Out The Door Price or even work with you to find you a deal. We went to test drive a 2024 RDX, sales staff greeted us pretty good, got in the car started driving and for some miracle I turn on the music and there was a loud popping on the speakers. The sales person and trainee are speechless when I ask what that is. We finish the test drive and no word from either on what they would do to assure us to buy the car, not that there would have been anything they can say. Afterwards they try to push a more expensive, 2025 model with no discounts or anything to make up for waisting our time for going to see a car they clearly knew had issues, the speaker popping was just the tip of the iceberg btw. no manager came up to apologize or even try to explain or ANYTHING. No wonder the place was empty. Needless to say we did not buy anything there. About a day later a manager calls and asked why we did not get the car and I mentioned what happened. He offered no apology or anything. Just wanted to know if the other place gave us a “better deal” and hung up. Yea they gave us a better deal AND a car that’s not broken. The best part was that we saw a review THAT SAME MORNING of someone who went through the same thing. We drove to another dealer and purchased an RDX.

Bait and Switch I contacted this dealership on Tuesday about a car they had posted on several sites to schedule a test drive later in the week on Friday. They responded and we had three email exchanges to confirm the test drive and they sent a text confirmation the morning of the test drive. After driving an hour to the dealership, I was told the car I wanted to test drive was sold, but they could show me something else. Classic bait and switch.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!!! I DROVE 100 MILES TO TEST DRIVE AND BUY A TELLURIDE LISTED AS CERTIFIED. THEY ADVERTISED A PRICE LOWER THAN ANY I FOUND ONLINE. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE I WAS GIVEN AN OFFER SHEET AND THE PRICE MAGICALLY WENT UP $3000. THEY ALSO LOWBALLED ME $3000 ON MY TRADE, DESPITE TELLING ME OVER THE PHONE THEY HAD A SALE PROMISING AN AUTOMATIC INCREASE ON TRADES, NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. AFTER I DISCOVERED THE DECEPTIVE PRICING AND CALLED THEM OUT, THEY EXPLAINED THE INCREASE WAS FOR THE 160 POINT INSPECTION FOR CERTIFICATION. Went in to the dealership (Napleton Kia) to test drive a vehicle that we were interested in after seeing on the website. When we arrived, no one greeted us or asked if they could help us, despite numerous employees sitting/standing around talking to each other. When we did get someone to help us and go on a test drive, he was not friendly, did not ask or answer questions and seemed generally disinterested. After getting some general info on the vehicle, we left with his phone number to ask any further questions. When we followed up later in the evening to ask if the dealership would be willing to take care of a few chips in the paint that we noticed as well as a smoke odor in the car, we were told that they were selling the car "as is" and that could "try smoke bombing it". We realize it's a used vehicle but these were simple questions that if a dealership were interested in making a cash sale, they would have addressed better. They just lost a sale with us for sure as well as any potential future referrals. Overall terrible experience.
