This family own business are the most helpful people when you are purchasing your vehicle but if something goes wrong, you are on your own. I purchased a $22,000 vehicle that was financed here a year and a half later the transmission is gone they will not help repair it. I still owe 15,000 on this car. Good luck people.

Replacement of a headlight
found out that one of my headlights was out, called right away, person on phone was very helpful getting me in to get it repaired on a date that worked for me. He told me what the estimate might be, too. When i got tI there, they took my truck in right away & had the light replaced within 20 minutes! And at a lower cost! I was very happy. .

Terrible communication. I was given no updates as to when my vehicle would be ready and wasn?t notified until I arrived that another visit would be necessary because repairs were not completed. I was expected to return loaner vehicle within an hour of completion without any calls to adjust my work schedule. Finally, was asked to drive through a blizzard to complete exchange. Was promised calls with updates that were not delivered.

2023 Dodge Charger from &L Motors
Decent salesperson and finance folks. Seemed to work hard at getting the sale. Wasnt shown any features of the car before leaving with it. *Bathrroom not clean at all

Transmission fluid leak
I had my tires replaced by another garage. While I was there they told me for the second time that transmission fluid was leaking. Lucky thing, except I had it in at S & L dealership two months ago for the same reason. I was told that the other garbage over tightened the oil filter. The other garage told me that it was a transmission fluid leak. I was almost at the end of my extended warranty. Hmmm. Thank goodness for the other garage.

S&L motor service department problems
My wife and I bought a new 2021 Durango form S&L Motors. The truck has been in 15 times in 2.5 years for multiple problems with seat positioning memory, radio touch screen not responding, and a very odd squeaking noise coming from the rear passenger side of the truck. This noise started around 15,000 miles on the truck. S&L has tried to fix the problem with oiling all the suspension joints. The squeak returns as a problem a few months later. Their service department has replaced the rear suspension in the truck last year and still the same squeak. The truck is now at 55,000 miles, same problem still at hand. Now the service department is telling us that this is a new squeak noise and that it needs to be covered under my extended warranty. The service department took my truck apart to lube the cab mounts to see if this will fix the truck???? if it doesn't fix the noise, I have to replace the mount blocks for $3800.00, not covered un my warranty??? This was the 8th time I have been in for the same problem, and they are still oiling the rear suspension??? I want to be done with this problem! Rf this problem started at 15,000 miles, why am I on the hook to fix the truck. I bought it new! why is this problem being drag out until I am out of warranty? Shouldn't dodge stand behind their problems?? I have been patiently waiting for the issue to be resolved but now I am told that this is my problem to pay for because I am out of warranty. this is un expectable, my wife and I have waisted enough time dropping the truck off for service that has not been fixed.
