Great price on the vehicle but wish I could have gone with the Classic. Will be trading this vehicle very soon. Ram 5th generation a poor excusie for a truck. Ater 7 Ram trucks, this will be my last one. Back to Chevrolet or GMC.

Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change which was completed promptly. It turns out I was overcharged for labor. I paid my bill and left. Before I even noticed the error, I was contacted, apologized to and a check was issued. In the past, prior to Mike Delsart?s appointment to Service Manager, it would have been like pulling hens teeth to get an error corrected. Since Mike has been on the job, service has reached a significantly higher level of quality. And, if there is a problem, Mike is always easily accessible to the customer to step in and solve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Prior to Mike, things were bad and I was moving on to another dealership. His customer care brought me back and has me firmly grounded in the Gandrud customer base.

The service was quick. The staff were courteous and informative. I always bring my car through the Express Center for my oil changes.
