I was there to pick up my dad's vehicle from the service department. I had to park near the sales center doors and two salespeople refused to wear masks... near my 82 year old father because they were outside and didn't have to. Inside the building I counted at least 6 people were not wearing masks so it is obvious that they don't care about the health of their customers.
Shopping for new RAV4 hybrid but selection was very low at time of visit, only one vehicle available. We were looking for the base trim but they only... had the most equipped limited in stock.

I drove an hour to see a vehicle listed online on their site as well as cars.com as i was assured by a sales person to come on in. When i got there it... was no where to be found. I found the person i spoke with and was told it was unfortunate but they had just sold it. There is no way between when i called after leaving and arriving there it was sold it was 45mins maybe and if they did then bravo and they would have known it was on a test drive or something. I was then pressured into what i was looking to pay monthly and maybe i could consider something else. i only wanted THAT CAR im not some moron that shops by looks and colors. Ridiculous i felt lied to and violated. Never will return.

I see the reviews and it does not look good. thinkin about buying a new truck. I got a hold of a sales person last week to check for a trade in price and... some information on the truck. have not heard boo about a call back. so I called back two times more and nothing. so I called again and talked to someone else. bad start. mr. le mieux needs to kick them in the xxx. bad bad business .

Took in my 2011 vehicle for service and the service group just stood around. No one approached me to say hi how can we help you or anything. Then when... I ask about servicing the vehicle the service guy shows zero appreciation whatsoever. I took my business to Kolosso in Appleton and refuse to deal with these folks. Their customer service is lackluster at best and garbage at worst. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Do not waste your time money or resources here.

I have an 04 highlander that has intermittently while driving, usually on cruise control will have a “seizure”. I’ll get kicked off of CC, other dummy... lights blink, come on, abs, vsc, check engine, etc. I’ve had several sets of high beams blow out. I gave them the vehicle to look at for over a week. They said they drove the vehicle to Appleton on parts runs, around town and the problem never happened. Maybe. But, my mother’s 2000 Avalon, 100k miles does the SAME THING!! Lemieux has never heard of this issue nor could find the problem. I was told by the tech that there are a lot of aftermarket parts, actually just an alternator, battery, headlights and wipers are non Toyota parts! Either way, I just live with this phantom problem and my mom n I must have the only two vehicles to ever do this! I was told “corporate” had nothing in their system (computer) that mirrored these issues. No stars for these guys. Their awesome Toyota parts like headlights and battery I ended up buying were worse than anything aftermarket!!
Brought my 2008 Highlander in for an oil change. When I was done I received a bill higher than what was originally estimated, I was told the reason for... this was I was not charged enough the last two times I was there, so they just added on what they thought they should get. Service manager would not return my calls, don’t go there for service. I have not returned their since. I am not interested in paying retroactive service charges especially when they have an unresponsive service department manager.
