I have an 04 highlander that has intermittently while driving, usually on cruise control will have a “seizure”. I’ll get kicked off of CC, other dummy... lights blink, come on, abs, vsc, check engine, etc. I’ve had several sets of high beams blow out. I gave them the vehicle to look at for over a week. They said they drove the vehicle to Appleton on parts runs, around town and the problem never happened. Maybe. But, my mother’s 2000 Avalon, 100k miles does the SAME THING!! Lemieux has never heard of this issue nor could find the problem. I was told by the tech that there are a lot of aftermarket parts, actually just an alternator, battery, headlights and wipers are non Toyota parts! Either way, I just live with this phantom problem and my mom n I must have the only two vehicles to ever do this! I was told “corporate” had nothing in their system (computer) that mirrored these issues. No stars for these guys. Their awesome Toyota parts like headlights and battery I ended up buying were worse than anything aftermarket!!
Brought my 2008 Highlander in for an oil change. When I was done I received a bill higher than what was originally estimated, I was told the reason for... this was I was not charged enough the last two times I was there, so they just added on what they thought they should get. Service manager would not return my calls, don’t go there for service. I have not returned their since. I am not interested in paying retroactive service charges especially when they have an unresponsive service department manager.
Very very nice people. I found a car I was looking for through cars.com at this dealership, and they (Le Mieux) helped me through every aspect of the... transaction; they even sent a car to pick me up at the airport when I came to get my car. A++++ Service, and thank you to everyone who helped me.

They got me right in and replaced my battery when it died while visiting Green Bay. What could have been a major disruption to my trip became a small... inconvenience thanks to the great service department.
Tried to get an appointment for a test drive 4 different times. Never did here from them, guess they don't need the business. Will go some where else.
In the past we have always gotten our Camry serviced here. I brought my car here a couple of days ago because it kept stalling and had other issues. Car... showed low oil. I just had an oil change last month! The added some oil. I left the car lot and car was doing the exact same things! A friend of ours brought his diagnostic device over, plugged it in, and found the issue within 30 minutes. I called Toyota to see if they had the part and asked if they could do anything on the cost of the part since the issue was not resolved, and the man I spoke with was extremely confrontational and rude! He did nothing and told me there’s a reason they’ve been in business 50 years. I will never buy a vehicle nor get my vehicle serviced here again.
Drove 60 miles to test drive what was shown on their listing as a Prius V Level 5 package. It turned out to be a level 3. Big big difference. Their response... was "Gee, sorry about that.". That was their whole response If they are this non attentive about there listings, what else are they screwing up? What possible reason would I have to ever come back here?
I have visited this lot 7-8 times in the past, but only TWICE have been greeted by a salesperson. (Apparently nobody is very anxious for an "up".) Both... times, I've gotten the "if you're not buying TODAY, we want nothing to do with you" treatment. My purpose for checking the lot was to look at vehicles and narrow down possibilities for a near-future purchase. The salespeople seem uninterested in even opening vehicles if you won't buy one immediately. I have visited MANY dealerships recently, and there is a VAST difference in the customer service I have received from them. Impressions go a LONG way in determining where to buy a vehicle. I like Toyota's reliability, but will NOT be buying from LeMieux.

Bought a new Sienna, the carpet under the accelerator is loose and comes out from under the console, took it in for 5,000 mile service and asked them to... fix the carpet that is baggy and the service manager says our 3 year bumper to bumper warranty would only cover it if we had IMMEDIATELY told them of the problem instead of waiting for the 5000 mile service to do one trip to the dealer instead of two. That's not how the warranty works, I explained it and was met with disrespect. He also says its the driver's fault for using the accelerator wrong (false, totally made up claim by him, a bizarre argument) and he pointed to a shadow on the plastic console and declared it was evidence of driver abuse, but it as pristine and when I pointed out it was a shadow he abandoned his argument on the spot and searched out a few tiny tiny pin points on the plastic far from where the foot goes and called that evidence of driver abuse and said no warranty coverage its the driver's fault the carpet is ill-fitting and baggy and comes loose from the console, and it would be different and it would be fixed under warranty if we had brought the car in immediately instead of at the 5,000 mile service (that's not how the warranty works). They tucked the carpet back for free (but they said no warranty? Which is it) but it was bad work because they left it baggy and ill fitting and advised it will come loose from under the console again. The service manager is a devious and disrespectful, he is obviously not wiling to undergo the hassle of getting the carpet right, and he blames the customer for making the carpet baggy and ill-fitting on a new car. Zero stars, that service manager is in the wrong profession, shame on LeMiex for walking away from an obvious warranty coverage issue, shame on the service manager for being so unprofessional and dishonest.

Carpet on driver's side started coming unattached from floor and the service people say it is the way I am driving! I noticed it was coming loose about... 2,000 miles in, but waited until the 5,000 service to have it addressed just to be insulted by the service people saying that it's not a defect with the vehicle. They never did detail the van when we bought it, just handed it over, and as the carpet is so loose and baggy under the mat, it may have been like that originally. This is really shoddy workmanship. And it's rude to be told it's driver error, when I've never had a carpet problem with all the cars I've driven prior to this. C'mon Le Mieux, stand behind your vehicles.
