2011 BMW 550i

I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i from Dax?s Deals. They were professional and responsive. I would purchase another car from them. Sam, AJ, and Dax himself were solid and fair. I would purchase another car from them.

BUYER BEWARE. This dealership sells used lemons.

Vehicle had check engine light on. They said they fixed the malfunctions and leaks so I purchased the car. However, malfunction lights came on again after about 200 miles. I attempted to call dealership to discuss issue but they refused to call back so I took the car to a certified mechanic. I was told car needs a catalytic convertor, leaks oil and transmission fluids. The cost of these repairs are extensive. The independent mechanic said Dax's Deals put a new O2 sensor on the vehicle just so that the vehicle would pass inspection despite the car needing a catalytic convertor. This explains why the check engine light went off for a brief period. BUYER BEWARE. If you consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership get it inspected by a certified mechanic and do not rely on what anyone from the dealership tells you. Do extensive homework on the vehicle before you purchase it. OR, better yet, just go down the road to a better dealership.

Great online transaction and support

I had a great online buying experience with this dealer & the salesman (Ashley Brewer) was a great help & support. I'm living overseas and can't wait to get my hands on the car as it's still on the way.

I've tried contacting the dealer through cars.com and two sources on their dealership webpage. No response after multiple attempts is not encouraging.

Buyer

I am out of state so Communication was not easily done. My offer was not acknowledged what they did wind up selling the car to someone else the gentleman I spoke with was nice anyway .

Poor first impression, lack of follow up.

Unimpressed. I found two vehicles of interest through my bank's car search service which were located at this dealership. I was reached by somebody named Andy via text message. When I asked about any special financing for less than perfect credit, he blew me off by referring me to their website application. I hardly see this dealership worth my time if that is how they treat customers. At least all the others have the decency to call or leave messages and act like they want my business.

LEMONS

Purchased a 2006 Land Rover LR3 in December, weeks later Alternator went out twice, the air compressor for the suspension, and now my transmission I called the dealer no one has called me back the car codes were deleted from the dash the auto repair shop showed me the codes in the computer 10 different codes, would not waist my time if you're a soldier they'll butter you up real good after that you're on your own

Got the deal we asked for

We went in expecting 'the typical' used car sales pitch and that's the way things started out. But when we showed some unwillingness to continue down that more 'traditional' path, 'Dax' changed tacks and asked straight up what we wanted (something we both appreciated). We stated our terms, he said, "Deal" and the deal was done.
