Great service for a returning customer

Re-Play

Was already aware of dealership having bought a new car there in 2011. After dealing with Mike Hall and buying a new Sonata with his help. I and my wife are totally happy with our new car. I will continue dealing with Great Lakes of Streetsboro for all my automotive needs. Robert R. Papesh

2015 Sonata purchase

All three salesmen I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I have 2 complaints. The first is the shaking in the front end that I told them about (at 68-72 mph) is still doing it after 3 weeks. Now I have to take time from work to have it looked at. The other is that I waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen by the finance person, then had to return the next day due to the paperwork being done wrong. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Good and prompt

Staff are straightforward, friendly and don't waste your time. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Service is helpful and explains everything well. This is the second car I have bought there. I will be back.
