My 2ond Genesis

Happy with Hyundai quality we also purchased a new Sonata Limited about two months ago . Our salesman Matthew did quite a bit of follow up when I showed interest in doing a new Genesis now if the deal was right . this Genesis will replace our 2014 Lexus . I'll recommend Monday in the Great Lakes dealership

Sales person Scott is extremely nice and helpful

Scott Howell is very nice. He walked us through all the detail and make the monthly payment within our budget. Best experience ever within a dealer salesperson.

Be Like Mike

Mike Hall was the most amazing salesperson I have ever met. Both days I was there, he guided me through the entire process of buying a car and gave me a tour of the entire building so that I knew where to go in the future for my free weekly car washes, service appointments, etc. Thanks for the help Mike!

Trade In of my 2013 Elantra

I was very happy with Cody's preparation for my visit. He met my needs with the color and style of the car. He kept me within my price range and I was out the door in just under 3 hours. I was a little disappointed that he never contacted me as he said he would to follow-up on my satisfaction of the new vehicle. If he does now, I know it will just be because of this review. I'd also like to say that I was not thrilled with the financial person. I forget his name. He pushed the extra warranty stuff way to much for a 3 year leased car. When I said no, he challenged my about my driving habits and wear on the tires.

Quality vehicles and staff

Great Lakes Hyundai is the only place my wife and I buy/lease vehicles. We are on our 5th! The staff is beyond curteous and professional and the cars...well they are Hyundai and that's all that needs to be said. We now have 2 2017 Elantra and couldn't be happier with the redesign. We will always recommend Great Lakes Hyundai to our family and friends!

Greatest plasce to lease an Hyundai

Great Lakes is a great organization. Their salesman Joe Cimino is super. I live in Ny and i don't mind going to Ohio to get the greatest deal. I have leased cars from them for the last 10 years. Presently I, my daughter and my granddaughter have leased cars from Grat Lakes. Great organization.

Professional sales experience

Was a pleasure working with the salesman and the dealership. The whole process was top shelf from beginning of walking into the dealership to picking up the car. I had two other Hyundai dealers alot closer to me yet I ultimately purchased the car from Great Lakes due to the experience. I had not even considered Great Lakes, as I was visiting the Honda dealsrship across the street looking for a new pilot elite.
