First and Foremost Bob Amacher is the Epitome of customer service and value! Myself and family have bought over a dozen vehicles through Brickner and Bob the last couple decades and not only does he Listen and pay attention to the details bought looks out for our best interest in purchasing a vehicle for years to come. The customer service is a constant and ongoing process through the purchased vehicle all the way to and through the next vehicle. I get all my oil changes there and Jon is always on top of it for us and Kevin who runs the bodyshop not only always gets the job done but it always turns out Immaculate! (I have had my fair share of experience with repairs unfortunately) Great Dealership and vehicles with Better people and customer service, TRULY! The Dodge charger Bob was able to find for me literally was EVERYTHING that was desired, and more! Kevin and the bodyshops detailing was incredible, and the whole process was smooth and felt great from beginning to end. I highly recommend not just because of the great vehicles but the tremendous customer service and loyalty you will recieve for years to come...

The work that John L. did in the Express Care was fantastic, he was so friendly and made sure that I understood what was going to be done and everything that needed to be done with my approval. I came in for an oil change and he informed me to prolong the life of my tires it was best to rotate them. It was a very resonable price for a tire rotation as well. Thanks again John L. and the Express Care team you did a great job!

I've had multiple dealings with Brickner Motors service dept.....Always was pleasant and professional. When I was ready for a new van, I found out John Sjoberg was on the Brickner Sales team. I had bought a vehicle from John 25 years ago, when he worked at another dealership. I remembered his professionalism and dedication to customer service. He is very knowledgeable and is commited to customer satisfaction. I did buy a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from him and his assistance was greatly appreciated by me. At Brickners I can come in any time and get an oil change....I'm in and out in 15 minutes!!! They are always friendly, helpful and get me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them. I also recommend working with Glen when purchasing a vehicle. He is the best salesman I've ever dealt with.

After having awful exspiriences at 2 local dealerships i went here, i worked with a rep named bob amacher and he was from the get go helpful and very food to deal with, ive since bought a 2014 charger rt, 2012 ram big horn and my friends and family have bought atleast 6 cars from them, these are good people, patient and descent, to me, if u cant have a pleasant expirience with these guys..........
