After a negative experience at a competitor earlier that morning, me and my family walked into Andy Mohr Toyota, where we met customer service superhero, Wesley Watson. His professionalism got me into the car I wanted at the price I could afford. That's the way it should work when buying a car.

Wesley Watson - WOW!
We received excellent customer service from Wesley Watson at Andy Mohr Toyota. We wanted to trade our Camry for something newer so we started looking at used cars. We couldn't quite get where we wanted to be but Wesley kept working and we ended up driving away in a brand new RAV-4! I cannot recommend Wesley enough! Oh, and the Service Department rocks, too!

Our third experience with this dealership. Our second purchase. Much better than previous experiences...mostly due to Wesley's friendliness and persistence in helping us get the deal we came in for. Worst ever buying experience. Stay away from This place.
I visited Andy Mohr Toyota for the first time with my son. I have been watching commercial every single day, promoting leasing Corrola for $159, without down payment. After we found the vehicle, sales person, who didn't say clearly his name, nor gave us his business card, show us monthly payment for LE model $295. We were upset by numbers and asked for Sales Manager. Mr. Casy, I think that was his name, came angree and started arguing with me, instead of giving us explanation for such big difference, We walked away upset, not only for not getting vehicle we planed to get, but by his arrogance and disrespectful behavior.

I had a great experience working with Wesley. This was my first time buying a car and after he knew that he made it a point to make sure i was comfortable and knew what was going on every step in the process. I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than being sold by some guy. Wesley even went out of his way to make sure some important family items were returned to me that I left in my trade in! To top it off Henry Yee was very educational when explaining the financing process to me. Great time all around. Thanks Wesley I love my 4Runner.

Great experience working with Russ
I had the privilege of working with Russ Seals in trading in my car which didn't run very well and got horrible gas mileage for a new 2016 Scion iM. Russ was very supportive and very helpful in his endeavors to get me a good car for a good price. He understood my needs and requirements for a car and was able to get me a very good deal. Great experience working with Wesley Watson
I have not purchased a new car in quite a while, and wasn't sure what to expect. Wesley Watson made it easy for me to relax, find the right vehicle, and then work hard to help me get a deal that was fair to all parties. To say that it was good customer service is an understatement. What I thought would be a stressful experience was actually a lot of fun, and I love my new ride.
