Once again this team provided me with excellent service to find a vehicle in my price range that met my needs. Responsive and helpful and thorough. I appreciate working with the same people over time and trust them to genuinely help me.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Brickner Motors. We appreciated the straight forward honesty approach. Any question we had was answered and comparisons were made with other dealerships which made us appreciate Brickner Motors. We haven't had any repairs yet so to answer that question is unknown at this time. I hope we would receive the same honest response if that time comes. We would refer a family member or friend of ours to Brickner Motors in Little Chicago.

Around Christmas 2014 we purchased a used car with our college-aged son. Our son is picky, and we stated so. Being it was a used car, it had a few things our picky son wanted to look pretty. We had been to other lots, and found our salesman, Scott, to be very efficient, and matter of fact, but not pushy, and a can do kind of guy. We liked that fact. We would recommend him and this dealer to anyone. The sale and financing went through very smoothly. In April 2015 we purchased a brand new van, again using Scott. We went in looking at several different options, between used and new, and Scott was patient, and went through everything with us. I am a hands on type of person, and he gave me printouts and notes so we could compare. We decided upon a new van from a different lot as it had a factory installed hitch. They brought it over, and we did the paperwork and drove away fully satisfied. The sale and financing went through smoothly. This was our second new van purchase, five years earlier from a different lot and salesman. I must say, he went through everything with us, and even set up some of the technical gadgets with us. A good salesman makes all the difference!

Stopped in to look at a truck that I had found online. Great service from the word go and couldn't be much happier with the time I had dealing with Scott B. Long story short, the truck I took for a test drive is now the truck sitting in my driveway.

We were searching for the right truck for our orchard farm as well as pleasure and Darin Weiks found exactly what we needed. Thanks to Steve, Steven Jr, Scott, Sheila, Rodney and Darin~ We were taught how to use the truck and its absolutely fantastic extras and cared for with knowledge and friendliness. Bless you all! They compared pricing from different models, and checked into rebates. They treated us first class from start to finish.
