Recall services listed were done. Pd $50 for turn signal switch that wasn't addressed. Said they'd credit me 4 it, prefer money refunded.

I went into the dealership tonight for one mission and

I went into the dealership tonight for one mission and that was to test drive the Santa Fe. I was greeted by J.O. who from the beginning was very helpful! We test drove two cars and she had all the info I needed. She was great and very knowledgeable!

Friendly atmosphere.

Friendly atmosphere. I was greeted immediately and with a smile. I just had an oil change and check up and a car wash. I was in and out within 1 hour 1/2.

I recently took my 2021 Sonata N-Line in for regular

I recently took my 2021 Sonata N-Line in for regular maintenance at Fort Mill Hyundai and they provided great service as always! We currently own a 2018 Santa Fe and a 2021 Sonata N-Line, both bought new at Fort Mill Hyundai and we always have our Hyundais serviced there working with Tom Furey. Tom is great and I can highly recommend this dealership.

Family and I went in for a Palisade test drive and GT, the sale associate, did a great job answering all our questions. We decided to go with the Palisade and GT and the staff at Fort Mill Hyundai went above and beyond to find the right trim at the right price. The sale team wasn?t pushy and I really appreciated the teamwork in locating my desired vehicle. I would highly recommend Fort Mill Hyundai went above to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had to wait while my car was being serviced.

I had to wait while my car was being serviced. The customer service waiting room is very pleasant. Coffee, snacks and drinks were available at no cost. These amenities made the wait very pleasant.

We?

We? were quickly pushed into trading in our 2023 Elantra N line for a 2025 Elantra Sel Spirt, not being told the whole truth about options available after after we signed!? Had problems with car play and lane assessment st doesn?t work at all!! We are both in our 80?s and feel we were taken advantage of!! Said they would help Us get into a different model only to find out it was over $200 a month more!! So beyond aggravated and stressed!! My husband has stage 4 lung and brain cancer and also had a stroke, don?t need this aggravation!! Certainly hope they can work out a decent deal for us!!
