I recently purchased a "04" Chevy Tahoe for an excellent price & low mileage, believe it or not. Our first impression of Cypress Motors was "Great" it was not your typical mom and pop backyard dealer. Cypress Motors were very selective on the vehicles they purchase & provide the best quality - over price for their customers. Our service rep was Kevin he provided excellent customer service and did not try to up-sell us on products we did not need "no gimmicks", it was quick and easy & we were off in are new "04" Chevy Tahoe . Also if you're reading this review & thinking its too good to be true go see for yourself. I even took my "04" Tahoe that I just purchased from Cypress Motors to the Chevy dealership in my hometown to get a full diagnostic - bumper-to-bumper, top to bottom & to my surprise a clean bill of health not even a leak. Also the mechanic who serviced my vehicle said " Great Bye / Excellent Condition ". An added bonus to this purchase was that Cypress Motors are one of the ONLY used car dealership that is backed by the "Capital One - Diamond Club" and for those who don't know its "Capital One - blank check " yes I said it, so if your thinking about financing with Cap One - Cypress Motors is the place to be..... True believer & Great Experience..

I was really happy with the customer service Nathan was very helpful! I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay! I got exactly what I wanted!! Me and my kids love my Toyota Prius!!

My sister went in to get a new car. They got her approved on a Toyota Prius but her payment was to high. So I get a call from her telling me all about this beautiful Prius that she just got approved for but her credit was not very good and her payment was to high and no one else would finance her. So she put me on the phone with the Salesman (Nathan). He was very nice and patient, explaining to me all the options and how much this would be helping my sister out. It was on a weekend so I was really busy with kids. I went to the dealership to sign the papers. Nathan had everything ready and done so I didn't even have to pull the kids out of the car. I'm happy now my sister has really nice car!!!

Overall, had a great experience here. Nathan really tries to work with you to help you as much as possible. I would definately recommend this place.

Overall was a great experience and great customer service by Kevin. I made an appointment over the phone with him and he was professional from the start. Came in and test drove the vehicle with my family and wife.We loved the car. There were some minor wear and tear but that of course is as a result of the year and miles on the car. We ended up getting some routine maintenance that wasnt done by the prior owner with Cypress Motors and the work came out very good. Kevin definitely took care of us and made sure everything was right. He was very knowledgeable in the whole financing side and explained to us thoroughly the reasoning behind the rate we got and we appreciated his honesty. There was some miscommunication in the process of us purchasing the Sequoia but we definitely over came that and worked it all out! Kevin definitely has our business and well be back to see him for a second car in several months! Ask for Kevin!

Got a call from the manager and got everything worked out . The best part of it all is i have my dream car and its thanks to this guys at cypress motors.
