Had a great experience with the Cypress Motors crew. Very patient and willing to help and work it out with us. Worked out great for my family and I. Beautiful selection of cars along side a great crew of managers and salesman. Kevin and the cypress motors team made my buying process an ease. Had a couple of other cars that we were going to look at in the area before committing to buying one. But Kevin made it nice and easy and a quick one stop shop. The guy has a great attitude and never pushed me or pressured me into buying the car. Gave me my time and worked with me patiently. The facility has amazing quality cars and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to go here instead of the big stores that like to implode their prices.

I called the day before coming in to check out a SUV that caught my eye online. Kevin instantly listened to me and my needs as a buyer and told me not to worry at all and that he would see what he can do to help me out on the price of the vehicle since I would be buying it cash. About 10 minutes later after he talked to his manager, he called me back with great news and accepted my offer. No questions asked, my wife and I went right down the following morning and the car was there and ready to be taken home to my family. Ivan was great. As soon as he greeted us he as nothing but helpful and informative. He was also very enthusiastic and friendly which helped us to find a great car. If not for him findng the best deal for a car I would either still be car-less or without such a great car. Ivan is very straight forward with how his company operates and they don't mess around just to sell a vehicle. He goes out of his way to get you the best vehicle. was in the market for a quality used car so i went to the cypress facility and was immediately greeted by kevin. i had my eye on a an acura but it was at one of the other facilities, no problem they just drove me to the place and test drove it, loved it! Kevin answered all the questions i had for him. Buying process was smooth and did not take as long as i expected. I would highly recommend kevin if you're going to purchase a car from this dealer. I usually don't go to the smaller lots because I usually used to get really bad customer service, but this one right here... Yeah I felt like I lived there! all the sales people were really, really helpful! My salesperson Ivan had the best customer service ever, the buying process was really easy and the lot has a lot of good quality cars.. overall the dealership and customer services is the BEST! I would def def, definitely recommend this dealer to a friend or ANYONE looking to buy a car!

Typically you think walking into a dealer as a first time buyer it's going to difficult to get a car, especially if you don't have a big down payment or good credit. This was definitely not the case here I walked in last night and got a Toyota Camry and I love the car. Cypress Motors offered quite of variety of cars as well. The salesmen who sold me the car Ivan was totally patient and explained everything I really appreciated the break down on the numbers. I can tell you now that if you come in to the dealership you'll be treated with great customer service and a great car. Thank you Ivan and thank you Cypress Motors.
